I have been using broadband of bsnl since oct 2006, since then I am facing problems regarding connectivity. It disconnects every 15 days and I am not able to deliver the work on time to my clients. It's last past month that my connection is not working at all and on several complaints I am not able to get the assistance. Also, the concerned person, Mr. Rathore, mobile no. 0129-2000870 asks me to pay 250 and he will do the work for it.
What should I do in this case? Advise smb!
