Manoj Benjamin Facing Fraud Allegations In International Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit

Manoj Benjamin has good reason to worry. After narrowly escaping a conviction of Fraud in Halifax Nova Scotia in 1999, allegations of fraud against Manoj Benjamin have once again surfaced, along with allegations of Negligent Misrepresentation, Unjust Enrichment, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Breach of Contract and Negligence.

The allegations have been put forth by 22 customers of the Royal Garden Villas project in Bangalore India, who, despite numerous promises and contractual agreements to deliver their luxury villas and flats to them as long as 5 years ago, have been left without the homes they paid for. Despite contractual obligations to hold the customers deposits of us to $300, 000 USD in escrow, Manoj Benjamin and his family cohorts, Ravi Benjamin, Collins Benjamin, Maya Benjamin, Sherri Vaters and Anjula Benjamin have instead pocketed the money to support their gluttonous addiction to greed.

In 2009, one decade after the arrest of his son Manoj Benjamin, Manoj's father Collins Benjamin had criminal charged brought by local Karnataka Police in Bangalore India after UK based doctor claims he was cheated out of Rs 4.40 crore ($1.04 Million USD)

Collins Benjamin was the president of the now defunct Royal Indian Raj International Corporation, and of Royal Garden City Enterprises Private Ltd. in Bangalore India.

Manoj Benjamin and Lies Lies Lies

Pravasi Award NOT to be Received by Manoj Benjamin. To even entertain the suggestion that Manoj Benjamin would be the recipient of any legitimate reward such as the Pravasi Award is a notion as insane as many believe the man himself to be.
The Pravasi Bharatiya Samman is an award constituted by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs in conjunction with the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, to honor exceptional and meritorious contribution in their chosen field/profession. The award is given by the President of India.

Manoj Benjamin will clearly stop at nothing, to suggest that for one insane moment, the President of India would stoop down so low as to place an award around the neck that some Royal Indian raj and Royal Garden Villas Investors and Customers would prefer see in a noose around.

Manoj Benjamin has made a similarly insane claim to this award in 2005:

However there doesn’t seem to be any confirmation of this. In fact the recipients list offers evidence to the contrary.
In 2005, the recipients of the award were:

• Ganesh Chand, a Fijian politician.
• Diljit S. Rana, of Ireland.
• Dr. B.R. Shetty, an Indian entrepreneur and philanthropist based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Sudha Acharya, executive director of the South Asian Council for Social Services (SACSS).
• Pavan Kumar Darisi, of the World Arya Vysya Mahasabha (special recognition award).

Remember the words of Adolph Hitler: (paraphrased) “The bigger the lie the more people will believe it.” Manoj Benjamin has made millions on this, his motto; so buyer beware.
