We recently had 16-20 inches of snow, followed by a couple other days with 1-2 inches of snow. None of those times did anyone come out to salt our sidewalks ahead of time. When we got the big snow, it took DAYS for anyone to come out here to shovel the sidewalks or plow the parking lots. We were snowed in for days. My husband HAD to be at work, it took him 3 hours to get his car out of the parking lot & when we finally got onto the main roads, he said they were fine. This is ridiculous. I about slipped on ice carrying my small child to the car and my neighbor downstairs had to go out and start shoveling the walk way herself just to get to her car. Completely unacceptable. These people are lazy, selfish, and inconsiderate. They don't have to live here, so they don't care. They treat all the residents like garbage & don't want to hear any complaints. The best referral is by word of mouth, maybe if they took care of the property and the residents, they wouldn't have to post 500 ads on craigslist.com a day to try and convince people to live here. I pay a ridiculous amount in rent each month & for what? Nothing gets done around here. We've been hung up on several times by one person in particular who works in the office, all because we were complaining about something that needed to be done & he didn't want to hear it. Another time when we called to discuss an on-going issue that they were well aware of, he pretended as if he didn't know what we were talking about & hung up on us again. I'm sick & tired of being treated this way. The employees here are completely unprofessional and should be replaced by competent people who know what customer service means.
