the property we live in recently got over 20 inches of snow. we have been told since yesterday that out our property would be plowed. we had an ambulance that came into the property on a call and got stuck in the snow. one of the property managers told us when we asked him and told him about the ambulance and his response was "oh well, not my money or problem to deal with" when he was told that the property was going to be fined. everyone in the complex pays maintence fees that include snow removal lawn services etc. we still have not seen a plow and we are all iced over now and cant get out of the street. this is not the first time we have had issues with them failing to deliver on services for fees that we all pay for. but they will raise our rent when they want to hire someone or the want to install things on the property for themselves but dont want to spend the money on the residents. we called the service manager this morning and wanted to see also when they were going to come and plow and he told us he was snowed in and he was snowed in and we would have to deal with it until he could finish his breakfast and get there. this management here does not know how to run a company or deliver on essential services but make all of the residents pay for it. hopefully something gets done. this is ridiculous. they will certainly come and plow if my neighbor falls down and hurts themselves.
