I have a business networking organization and hosted my event there on February 22nd, 2010.
Although we had an initial bar tab to pay for a basic setup, our contract specified what the tab was for. None of our attendees knew that we had a tab. They were told it was a cash bar and that they would pay for themselves.
Throughout the night, in addition to charging our members, the bar tenders charged us for additional drinks on our tab and then lied to us, blaming our members for putting their drinks on our tab, whose wishes the bartenders "could not refuse."
OUR MEMBERS DID NOT DO SO! THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW WE HAD A TAB!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT!!
THEIR WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS IS ILLEGAL!
