I tried to mail a job application first class with insurance since it has ALL of my personal information inside. The woman behind the counter, JoAnn, looked at me and said "don't you know we don't insure paper" I said, 'why not'. Because we don't insure things you didn't pay for it's paper. Well, I paid for the envelope and the paper and the ink!!! She continued to look at me like I was an idiot, refused to offer me delivery confirmation and proceeded to be extremely rude to me. I'm never going back to that post office.
