I bought a piece of furniture from Marina Exotic Furnitures on 20th Feb'10. They asked me to wait for 2 weeks for delivery. Well no choice, couldn't lift n take myself. On 3rd march delivery comes. Ahha units is wrong, not the same one which i booked. Few calls to their office, asked to return it back. So far so good. I get a call again on 4th March. Piece i had booked has been found in warehouse but we will be able to deliver it only on 15 or 16th March. Why? Schedule is full. How on earth they can afford reply like that. Customer service ... no no, this word in not there in their dictionery. I called their manager. After listening to my story, i was directed to customer service/ shipping dept with whom i had already spent alomot half an hour on the phone.
I do not know in which world we are living. After getting paid in full, one of the most beautiful furniture supplier in Dubai delivers product after One month that too place of delivery is just 15 km away. In this much of time product can come from China or India if order over there.
Hope somebody responsible in Marina Gulf Furniture management could read and understand my frustration level. I do not know how i will have courage to step again in thier showroom with such an experince.
