I made a deal with a company to settle an account and the company sent me a contract agreeing to it, prior they had hired marino, mayers & jarrach to collect and this law firm after being notified by their clients and us as well, decided to proceed taking it to court all for his own greed, mind you this company did some damages to two vehicles of mine while they were at my place so, we settled but marino, mayers & jarrach took it upon themselves to pursue something that was already settled, marino told me personally not to worry if his clients agree its ok! he went behind my back underhandedly and took it to court !! and when we called him he is very arrogant! lawfirms like this need to be barred victimizing small businees owners for their greed!!!
