I purchased a Mario Hernandez pocketbook at their store for $418.60 (I was given a "discount" from the asking price of $460.00) Afterwards I checked on line and saw the exact same pocketbook for $225.00. As a matter of fact, I saw other items for half the price than the store was asking. I went back the next day. I said I thought they had made a mistake and could they please make an adjustment for the difference. She said absolutely not. After some debating I said I'd like my money back. She said she doesn't have to give me my money back. She said you have a receipt that says no return no refund. I said I was given the receipt AFTER paying. I was NOT told there were NO RETURNS NO REFUND BEFORE the purchase and there were no signs posted. I said in the US a sign needs to be posted stating the store policy. She said 'THIS IS ARUBA, WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT'. Oh really?
I e mailed the company headquarters and have not heard back.
BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING IN ARUBA.
