This guy is such a CROOK and SWINDLER! He approached me as a knowledgable stockbroker who could safely invest my money for a fair rate of return. I trusted him with a large amount. He not only repeatedly lied to me about how my investments were growing, he also never invested where he promised me he was going to do so. I lost ALL of my money. When I confronted him with the truth, he physically threatened me!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL! He will lie to you, rob you, and then threaten you!
After all this, I checked him out at the "FINRA Broker Check" (link following) and found out he not only has regulatory actions against him for fraud before, he was terminated from other brokerage firms because of it, and had criminal felonies he was convicted of! I wish I had done this research before I invested through him. Now I will file a complaint against him, which additional research has shown there are many already, not only in the Contra Costa Superior Court, but also in the SEC. I do not know how this person has kept their license.
In short, Mark G. Larkin is a CON ARTIST!
