I bought a dishwasher at the Market Mall HBC on Jan.6th 2007. Delivery was to be Jan, 13th. I was called and that date was changed to Jan. 19th. Then the date was changed again to Jan.30th. This was confirmed by a phone call from them so I waited for the 4 hour delivery window and called only to find that the dishwasher was still in the warehouse. I then went online to see the store hours because now, I will to cancel this order and obtain a refund. The web site said that the store closes at 9:30 PM so I went only to find that the store had in fact closed at 9.
