1 on 8th December 2009 I decided to try an Internet download service for movies, software. In the description of the service company claimed 7 days. In order to start the service they asked credit card information.
2 the same day I wrote them stating that I don't want to use their services and they can't charge my credit card
3 they answered stating that in any case they have to charge 1.99US$
4 with my surprise I discovered on 5th January 2010 that they charged my credit card of 52US$ so I asked to be reimbursed immediately
5 instead of reimburse me they tried to sell me other services that I don't want
6 now I'm waiting the next move but in the meantime I think they must be prosecuted in some way
