Negligence in Servicing
Dear All,

I am very annoyed and sorry to say, I got my car UP32BJ8073 Serviced on 29th Sep 09, I told serive team that money is not an issue, i need best service from your end since this is the first time i was giving my car for serving to Marketing times expecting for the best results, I paid 13000 for the servicing and clutch issue as suggested by the Marketing times engineers, today after 1 month my car suddenly stopped and could not restrart, i made a complaint to Just dial and got immediate responce from service team, to my surprise we found out that my battery was completely exausted and was having no water in it, which means during servicing they ignored the fact also the coolent was very less, i was told that servicing team missed these crucial things and not suggested me on critical things necessary for my car. i got stucked today and wasted my 2 hours waiting for service support, i am sorry to say but i got worst response from Marketing times...i hope my complain will make others aware of the fact that best service center which claims they are best not necessarily...provide good service to customers...
