rip-off

On 10/21/09 I placed an order for and paid for a Samsung cellphone pouch. After two weeks the order was still
showing as "being processed" on the company's website. I cancelled the order 11/5/08. I have received neither the
item nor a refund. I have sent several emails and have left numerous phone messages asking for a full refund but
have been virtually ignored.

Do not order from them

DO NOT ORDER FROM MARQUEL. I placed three order, the most recent in June, and was completely satisfied. However, Marquel charged my debit card for almost $60 this past September, when I had not placed an order, and they have been 100% impossible to contact for resolution. Their 800 number is an answering machine from which I never get a response. Their web site for reporting problems also gets no response. Contact numbers and email address I've found on the internet for the company and its owner Alvin Russell are no longer in service. I've filed with the Texas AG and hope to get some help there. BUY ELSEWHERE!!
