My check was declined by CERTEGY at marshall department store on 03/29/11. When i call certegy all they could tell me was that the system declined my check because of so many checks being wrote that are not good.
I wanted to know what that had to do with me. I have been with the same bank for (11) years and i don"t write hot checks. So this company need to do better with their system and learn how to explain to customers better when they decline checks. So i ask could they send me a letter to explain why my check was declined. Thats when u was told this was a mistake and i could go back a rewrite the check.
