I work for Marshal's for 1 year, (old bridge, nj.08859)...I'm a single mom with 1 child, So, I have to deal with the hostile, abuse, discrimination because I need my job, She's the head manager, Her name is Ms.Washington, She thinks she's running a boot camp, No sense a humor, She'll put you down in front of employees, costumers, She want everyone to know she's the boss, She's never happy no matter how hard you work and do your job, If she wants shelf stocked and you spent 3hrs doing it nice, If she's not happy how the setup looks she makes you remove everything and start all over again the way she wants it, I heard her call employees stupid and slow, I seen employees and assistant mangers come out of her office and cry, (abuse)..When Ms.Washington is having lunch she will call a employee to her office to get her a drink or fork, She will send employees out to pick up her lunch, She tells spanish people we do not speak spanish in my store(discrimination)...And if you try to explain why your not coming in to work, She'll tell you I don't want to know your problem you will be written up, Why am I the only one complaining, Because no one to lose there job, Trust me if she knew employees were complaining she is spiteful, She will cut your days and hrs.Well, I also hear 2 employees will be looking into sueing Marshals for, Hostile, Abuse, Discrimnation, Cruelty...I believe the big boss(is what they call him when he comes in)..I only know him by Tony...ps I heard she's been in trouble before they keep sending to different stores because no one wants her...Thanks
