Dear sir
This is to inform you that we have given my maruti WAGON R (HR 13C 6333) on dated 06/05/11 for accidental repairing at marketing times bahadurgarh.But it is pity to say that till date there is no information from the vendor regarding status of its repairing.It is shamful to say that that your dealer at bahadurgarh not only defaming your brand name but harrasing your esteemed customer also.
How can you tolerate such a negative response when there is so many competitors in the market.In such a scenario how can you claim to be leader in this segment.Moreover on my visit on 17.05.11 I was shocked to see that painting and denting was not upto the level.It seems that they are using low quality paint.This is nothing but trying to put black spot on the name of "MARUTI SUZUKI".
Last but not the least, the staff in service section & insurance section is so rude in talking and behaviour that no one will turn second time if such services will be given.
I being a loyal customer of MARUTI SUZUKI (As I always prefer this brand) request your goodself to look into the matter and take all stringent action against the defaulters.Your early response/action will be highly appreciated.
