Regarding M800 Servicing
Respected Sir,
I have brought Maruti 800 in 2003 from Kolhapur Sai Service, I was proud to be one of the customer purchasing maruti 800, economy car for middle class families. But when ever we drop car at your authorised service station they every time charge in bracket of 3000 to 5000. Comparing to competition your rates are much more. I thought only SAI SERVICE charge extra every time. One fine day I purchased a coupen from your second authorised dealer Vakratunda Motors of RS 500, It has clearly written in that as things which are free at servicing, every thing agreed but the same story repeats on 4th April 10, I dropped my car in morning, the dealer estimated me with a cost of Rs 4800. Secondly I am sure they have dashed my car some where while servicing, I did not said a word, is this kind of staff maintaining relationship with customers. They would have told and done touchup for body, but they ignored. Secondly I need true help as how every 6 months your dealers take some new problem and make a bill of 3k to 5k Rs. How can we purchase and recomend to purchase Cars from Maruti Udyog, Looking forward for your kind co-operation.

not be true to the promised works in the car
supplied 2nd hand car is not repaired as promised after taking the full payment in advance for one Maruti 800 2005 standard model

mobil oil of engine not changed durng service at S.B.Cars Kanpur
i had given my maruti 800 for service to s.b.cars pvt ltd at kanpuron 25th january 2010. .durng the service mobil oil of the engine was not changed which resulted in the engine break down. it was atotal negligence onthe part of the dealer. so please take appropriate action against the dealer. car regn no.up-79A/9865 JOB CARD NO.JC09009684. my contactno. 9359922587 9045514636.

delay cheque of 2500
I am sharda rani, mobile no. 09464088001. I have purchased new maruti car 800, on 1 october 2009, from dealer TRI CITY, zirakpur, at that time they have committed Rs. 2500 return cheque against govt. employee scheme within a week after purchase. but we didn't get any cheque from their side. Also they are not giving any suitable reason for the delay. Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Return of booking amount
I HAVE BOOKED A CAR FROM TRUE VALUE PANCHKULA ( BERKELEY AUTOMOBILES ) ON 6TH OCT.09.AND I DID CANCEL IT 7TH OCT. 09 BUT HE IS READY TO RETURN MY BOOKING AMOUNT THAT IS RS.5000/-. THE AMOUNT IS NOT BIG BUT NOT VERY SMALL FOR A SALARIED PERSON.THE DEALER PERSON SHOULD INFORM US BEFORE DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT BUT HE DID NOT INFORM US.NOW I THINK I SHOULD GO TO NEWSPAPERS AND CONSUMER COURT ALSO.THIS IS ALL CHEATING, OPENLY CHEATING.
I WANT TO GET BACK MY MONEY.

denial of basic services
we r getting our cars 3488 & 2619 serviced
every year from NARINA. Previously they provide plastic bag to deposit tool kit or insurance policy etc.
Today, 6.9.09 they denied to plastic bag as banned by Delhi High
Court. Hon`ble High Court banned non biodegradeable plastic bags not basic services to the
customers. Provide biodegradeable or paper bags or inform to the customers to make own arrangement when they are booking for the day of service.
Neither customer complaint/suggestion book was provided nor PRO Desk was visible. Customer satisfaction is very essential to survive in the competitive world.
After long 2 hours(Approx) waste, biodegradeable bag was provided . Alas ! again paper were denied to accept at security check.
Moreover web site address missing at job order card
which is very essential.

shoddy bussiness practises
sir,
i bought a maruti 800 from maruti dealer in shimla i.e. goyal motors on 07/07/2009. i was initially forced to buy accessories worth rs 10, 000/- from the local outlet against the discount of rs 10, 000/- offered by the company. This amount was subsequently adjusted against insurance premium for 1 year after protest and the balanced amount still had to be used for buying accessories from the outlet run in the same premises.
on repeated enquires from nearby dealers i.e. chandigarh etc i came to know that i was eligible for a rs 2500/- corporate discount being a doctor registered with the indian medical assoc.
the dealer has been dill-dallying on this issue and despite repeated visits and phone calls, the last of which was today i am yet to recieve my due discount cheque.
it is very regratable and shameful that a company of this stature and its dealers meet out such shoddy treatment to their customers and then place big ads in the newspapers claiming big things.
