work is not in proper way
Dear, Manager,
I purchase a product of your company in a foam of ALTO LXI before 1 year (9/7/2010) and now i have many problems in your product(stearing unbalance, cluch hard, a/c, engine sound,
when i go to your service centre (tcs & associates pv. ltd. faridabad ) then i don"t get proper condition of my vehicle while this these people pay full payment for me and till now i am in very trouble because i am a middle level bussinessman.
so i am requesting you to please do not ignore it .

Not delivered the Car on time and requested bribe for registration and also for accessories
Hi,
My name is Manoj Mohanan and I have purchased on Maruti Alto LXi from FortPoint Automotives Pvt. Limited. Mumbai.
It was a horrible and terrible experience with this dealer in the entire sales experience. After the first meeting the executive Mr. Satvir Singh (9594973819) has taken the advance cheque and vanished into the thin air. Then I started calling him on a daily basis and each time he will promise that he will come the next day to give the Documents and also to decide on the extra fittings.
After my 5th or 6th call he has sent one executive with a catalog and we have given the details about the extra accessories fittings required and send him. My loan amount was disbursed in 2 days time but this executive never called me or informed me the progress about the sales. Finally, after again another half a dozen phone calls he has agreed to deliver the vehicle on 28th March. By that time I have transferred the entire balance amount including the accessories, extra fittings, balance payment after the loan amount, registration and insurance fees, etc as per the details given by this executive.
After 2-3 days he started demanding more money saying that my address proof is not enough and need to pay a bribe of Rs.3500 to the RTO through his agent and after checking with his Manager (Phone: 8108461155) and Senior Manager (Both of them were rude and senseless). I have agreed to pay the amount as there was no other option for me to pay the bribe (I don’t pay any bribe in my life as I know I am genuine but this time your sales managers of your dealer made me pay the bribe). I have given all the documents which are demanded by this executive and I doubt that there is a mafia behind this. I have even submitted
Then again I started calling him regarding the deliver. At-last on 31st March 2011 he has asked us to visit their Cotton Green showroom to get the delivery of the vehicle. While purchase of this vehicle the executive had promised lot of free extra fittings and also had given discounts on other extra fittings. But, when we took the delivery many of the accessories were not fitted in the vehicle and also the vehicle was not even washed and polished. It was very bad to see a newly purchased vehicle in a very bad condition even without a normal wash. I was shocked see that many things which I had already paid were missing in the vehicle. While making the payment he had calculated for the centralized locking system and today the executive came back and he started demanding more money for fitting the centralized locking system saying there is only a balance of Rs.3000 balance left and now I need to pay him Rs.2500+ for getting it fixed in my vehicle and also he had included Sun reflecting film that is also not fitted. Now he want me to take the vehicle again to the showroom for 1-2 days to get the fittings done on the vehicle. When I checked about the washing and polishing he has said that it is not mandatory!!!
I am very sorry to tell you that it was really a horrifying experience with this executive. When I tried to reach Mr. Rahul (8108286699) who is supposed to be a senior manager and is not lifting my call at all !!!
There is no place to complain. I am planning to approach Consumer Protection forum and this is just an initiator mail before going for that process. I really do not understand why you people are giving so much pain to a customer who bought a Maruti Alto to fulfill his long dream. It was really a very bad experience and I have decided that my second car will be some other brand other than Maruti. I hope you understand the pain I had while purchasing this vehicle.
I am working with an MNC and planning to put a message board entry restricting people from approaching this FortPoint for buying any Maruti vehicle.
I don’t know whether someone will see or read this mail but still I just want to raise my hand regarding this bad service from a reputed brand like Maruti.

pasco service sucks
THIS
is to bring into your kind attention that i purchase alto lxi from pasco old gurgaon road . the car had got pathetic avg 8km/ltr
which is not acceptable by its standard . and customer service of pasco is so bad that they are arrogant and rude no body listens
even i tried to speak wid manager cust service but she was not available.i am highly disappointed by their behaviour.the
ENGINE NUMBER IS 4444655 and chasis number is 1686027.plz help me resolving the issue.and i want to share my
nightmarish customer care experience wid pasco gurgaon .they jussssss not care at all . maruti car image is goin for a toss because
the dealer like pasco.gear lock and rear door have manufacturing defects. wid an age of intensive competition it is hard to believe that behaviour.

False assurance
Dear Sir,
I M Rajat Das Bought Maruti Alto LXi june 10, on 03 Sep 10 face AC problem as it is not working, At 0945 hrs, i was told that the car would be given to servicce centre for repair and despatched to me at my office.I gave my Key and Visiting card to one Executive.Around 1345 hrs when givven call first my call was dropped twice and latter it was picked up by Ms Mousumi Chatterjee and says she dnt no any thing why the car is lying their.But some how she says she would look to it.
I was harassed the whole day for what fault.Pease expain me and want action to be taken against the de faulter.

bad average of my car
i have purchased a alto lxi car (maruti) from pasco gurgaon bcoz sum one recommened me for that but the fuel avg of the car is pathetic it is just 9 km/ltr. which is not acceptable at all. so right now i m feeling ditched and robbed for my money. my address is B 770 palam vihar gurgaon. plz help me is solving my problem coz they said it will take 15000km to get the right avg which is not told to me earlier .my contact number is 9999676859. no one is listening bout my grievence.

dealers represetative has takenthe amount and now not giving the receipt even after repeated request
dear sir
I bought a New Alto Lxi car from your dealer on 16th may 2010, in the name of Mrs. Mamtha Guptha the payment was made well in advance.
At the time when the dealers representative Mr. Srinivas gave me the quotation i was told that there will be some extra discount of Rs. 2000 given to me and he deducted the same from the amount of the quotation.
I made the payment accordingly.
one day before the date of delivery i was called by same fellow that the you are not entitled for extra discount so u need to pay that 2000 in cash at the time of delivery.
Next day i took the delivery, i paid the amount to Mr. Srinivas, when asked for receipt he said as it is sunday i will give you receipt the next day.
sir, after that day this fellow is not lifting my phone calls and when contacted in your dealers office they say he has left the job and even i have not received invoice of my car .
This is not matter of Rs. 2000 but the thing is that how can a reputated company dealer of yours can recruit people like him.
I really feel cheated and it would have been better if i would have opted for SPARK, HYUNDAI instead of MARUTI.
Hope fully u will look into the matter soon and HELP ME GETTING MY CARS INVOICE

Bad services from service centre
Hi,
I had given my car for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorised Service Station named "Patel Motors, 428/3/3, Niranjanpur, A.B.Road, Indore.
I am terribly disappointed with the service that was provided as it was not up to mark and I got lame excuses for the same.
I had given the car for servicing with a only complaint of poor pick-up, in petrol as my vehicle is having an option of Petrol/LPG.The pickup with LPG usage is very good and I'm satisfied with it, but when petrol is used the Pick-up is poor.
At the time of delivery keys were handed over to me as soon as I made the payment, without informing any changes done in the car. I took the car came to my office then I thought of checking the LPG mode which was not working, so I called up to the centre and went back to check. I was informed that as the petrol Pick-Up was getting affected we have removed the connection of LPG.Then a person took my car and informed that will be back in ten minutes, and i was waiting outside after some time i went inside the customer lounge and waited there and i could see my car through the glass unattended, then after waiting for more than 40 minutes I went to the GM-Mr.Natarajan to complaint for the same. He was nice enough to take me to the vehicle and we came to know that the car was completed long back (but not informed to the customer).As per my understanding any changes in the vehicle should be done only after customer's concern/information.
Secondly when I was about to leave for my office next day morning I found that the car stepny is missing I went to your service centre and came to know they have found it but was not aware of the owner of the same.
Last but not least I'm not satisfied with the services, as the steering is tilted which was ok when I had given the car for servicing, and the Pick Up not increased.
It is highly alarming to note how Maruti authorities are not aware of their services provided to their customers by their service centers.

WRONG COMMTMENT
Dear Sir,
I Kuldeep Kumar S/o Sh. Sampat Lal R/o. H.No.75/2, Street No.4
Mandeep Nagar, Haibowal Khurd, Ludhiana have purchase a Maruti Alto LXI metallic from your Dealer M/S GULZAR MOTORS on dated 01-10-2009 under the Invoice No.754. At the time of delivery Company Executive give us the total amount with all discounts & including RC, Insurance & other Expanses in 277000 on road.. We submit the 97000 cash & 180, 000 with loan.
After some days loan approval is coming only for Rs.150000 so we deposit Rs.30000 on behalf of above said loan.
After 3 month we ask about Registration Certificate Company executive told your loan payment is coming late so you have to pending interest after clear the due we can apply RC. So we clear the Interest amount for Our RC.
After 2 month of clear my all dues we ask about RC but we shock company show the 7045 Rs. Due on our account in which 2500/- Processing Fees of loan it’s payable amount but all other dues is cleared so company is bother me I am very disappointed because when we call the executive for RC it’s also told us about in 2-3 days you can received. When we go to Gulzar Motor the executive is telling we have not received your RC payment. When we calculate the without RC payment the figure is coming 94242/- so why we pay the extra amount at the time of delivery.
It’s big harassment for me because I have plan to purchase 1 new Maruti Car after that I suggest to all other in my relation pls don’t take Free Harassment because It’s MisSelling So pls take action & solve my problem as soon as possible.

Carelessness
I have purchaged a new Maruthi ALTO Lxi from M/s Mitra Agencies on 30/03/2009, un-fortunately three tyres were punchier due to miss handling of tyres and tubes. We find all three punchier were due to, leaving a cap (air tube cap) in side the tyres. This caused lot of inconvenience to me while I am travelling along with my family.
