INSURANCE
I HAVE MARUTI ALTO CAR PURCHASED FROM BHARUCH DELAR
M/S.RAVIRATNA MOTORS, HIGHWAY, BHARUCH. ONE DAY I WAS PASSING THROUGH BHARUCH SHAKTI NATH RAILWAY CROSSING AND SUDDENLY ONE TEMPO LOADED GAS CYL HAD PUSHED MY CAR NR BACK SIDE OF MY CAR AND SAME TIME ONE SCOOTER AT BACK SIDE OF MY CAR PUSHED STRONGLY AND MEET ACCIDENT.
I GONE TO RAVIRATNA MOTORS AND THEY INSPECTED CAR AND THEY INFROMED THAT ONLY ONE SIDE CAN BE REPARED AS U WILL NOT GET CLAIMED OF BOTH SIDE, SO WHO WILL HELP.

Fraud
I am Saksham Jindal beg to state that i owned Maruti Suzuki Black Alto Lxi with Registration no:-HR 03 J 2824 . I met with an accident on 30th Dec 09 last year and i have given my car for repair to Berkeley Workshop, Panchkula .They returned my car in Feb10 but i am not satisfied from their work done by them because i noticed some problems like paint, damaged roof, dents on all parts etc.When i complained about this to Manager, they promised me that they will do all the work again.So i submitted my car again after few days of delivery and they returned me in April 10.Even now i am not satisfied with service provided by Berkeley, as i am facing paint problem which started errosion from each corners of my car.And when i have my car back in April, i got scratch in my car interior at various places, speakers damage, tear & wear in seat cover.During this period they painted my whole ar 4 times and i also told to bring some components like quater panel from Tricity Automobile as because they are not having that item in stock from long time.I even lost my central locking system remote from their workshop and when i asked about it they said, i will be given new one which they have given after a period of one month.
In that time (April10) they(Berkeley Automobile) have taken another claim against my car without my knowledge with my fake signature and i waas acknowledge about this act after i got a letter from Insurance Company(National).Regarding this act i complained in Maruti Suzuki Helpline (Complaint no:- 1783263650) and also in Regional Office, Chandigarh where i also submit the fake document to Mr Mitar .Even i asked about this act to Berkeley and i told them i will be going to Consumer Court and Press, they replied that their Firm i.e Berkeley Automobile Ltd, Panchkula did not get any effect on their business & reputation.And after that they sent a man to my home at 11 pm on 9th Sep 10 .I am not getting response from Maruti and your Regional Office till now. Today 20th Sep 10 I have a talk in Mruti Helpline, they informed me that the complaint by me is closed which was also without my knowledge.Today i got new complaint no.-8856861400 from helpline.I need a response from your side and also contact no. of Higher Authorities otherwise I will be putting case in consumer court as well as publish in press.I even boycott from your company and suggest other to do so.
I would like to hear from you as soon as possible.
After submit this mail to Maruti the person from Maruti Regional Office, Chandigarh calling me for a meeting.In meeting he was also taking side of Dealer and saying that how can you prove that they cheated you.

Dealer is not realasing the RC.
I have bought a maruti alto lxi from Competent Motors, sohna road Gurgoan in 12 march 2010.i have given down payment of 160000/- and applied for a loan for rest of money.Maruti dealer forced me to take the car home and get the loan approved .I have given him all the papers (cheques, salery slip, form 16, residence proof, pancard, downpayment, driving lience) for getting he loan.i took the car home after giving the surity by car dealer he will be take care for loan.That loan still not approved by the financial company.Every day i am asking for REGISTRATION CERTIFICATExnd and all other impotent papers, but he is refusing to giving papers and also there is no satisfatory answer from his side.Without this certification there is meaning of purchasing the car.I am really harrassing by dealer..but i m keeping my patient.I am service man and i have no enough time for doing court case or all that, i am not able to take this much tensions and harrasment..plz look into this matter and do the need ful.Plz contact me as soon as possible to solving my problems.

Why the delivery of Alto has been stopped from 27th April 2010
I have done the payment and everything.The loan has been sanctioned and the dealer has recieived the D.O.
They had told me that I will get the car delivered by 30th April 2010.
Now they are telling that they can deliver the car because delivery of Alto has been stopped by Maruti itself and they don't know when they can deliver.I need the car urgently.Please take care of it as soon as possible.

Quality
I have purchased Maruti Alto LX on 21-mar-2008(DL8C Q 2331) from DD Motors-Wazirpur delhi. At present its has run only 9002 km. in 2 year. AC of the car not giving cooling. Whan I contact the dealer, he said that AC Servicing requited and he has to re-fill the GAS and I have to pay Rs.2000 for the same.
What is the quality of MARUTI in 2 yrs and after 9002km its AC requires Re-filling of GAS. I request the MARUTI COMPANY to please look into the QUALITY and do the needful.

Disgusting dealers
Please find below the complaint I have sent to Khivraj Motors, Chennai. It was a terrible experience for me and I would like to make sure that no other customer goes there and gets harassed the same way. Spread the word so that no one else goes through this.
Complaint - Khivraj Motors
I bought an Alto LXi from your Shastri Nagar dealership today. I had THE WORST experience ever in buying it from you people. You made all sort of statements and as a customer I bore the brunt of it. Thanks to you, the experience of buying my FIRST car was a complete and utter DISASTER. I request you; please do not put any other customer through the same crap you put me through.
First, when I came in to make my payments, your salesperson told that he will give me sun film for free. I then asked him what brand he was going to give me, he said 3M. Of course, he never told me I had to pay extra at that time. Then after I make my payments and came to submit some documents a few days later, he tells me NO, sorry you need to pay extra to get 3M. Now please tell me what is the need to make false statements and then tell me that I need to pay extra for it. I WAS AND STILL AM FURIOUS. I told him clearly that he had made the commitment to me to give me 3M for free. At no point did he tell me I had to pay extra when I came in to make my payment. Then when he went back on his statement, I asked him why did he have to lie in the first place and he tells me this, “do you have anything in writing which says I told I will give you 3M?”
Wonderful, this is how you win a customer’s trust. Then his supervisor came into the picture. Now he told me again, he will take care of it and I didn’t have to make any payments. I thought the issue was sorted and left. Then today, when I went to get my vehicle for delivery, the salesperson comes and tells me, madam you need to pay otherwise they will deduct from my salary! Again, I am astonished at such statements. Is this how you train you sales personnel? To emotionally blackmail customers? The supervisor tells me the sales person is new and he made a mistake. That is not of my concern. It is YOUR responsibility to train and equip your personnel well. If they mess up, YOU take responsibility. DO NOT put your customers through such hell. In the end I had to make an extra payment of Rs. 1500/-.
I swear I have had better experiences dealing with street hagglers in T Nagar than in dealing with you. I thought that would be the last of the nonsense you threw at me. Wrong again. I was TOLD clearly that my vehicle was all ready, fitted with the necessary accessories etc. Then just a few minutes before delivery, they tell me the under chassis painting has not been done and that they need to take the vehicle tomorrow again! WHY, why do you have to lie? If you are unclear about things, say you don’t know! Do not misrepresent the facts just to make a sale!
And yes, another incident which happened in between all this. Your people had to fax the insurance cover note to my bank. It was not till the very last minute and after umpteen number of calls that it was finally faxed. I thought we would miss sending the car for registration that day because of all the delay.
I might have lost just Rs. 1500, but I sure will make sure I spread the word about my experience with your dealership. Never ever will I make the mistake of coming to Khivraj again.

noise
i am buy maruti alto dated 23 nov. 2007 from vipul motor, these car noise from day one, i complaint to vipul motor noida, but these problem continue, noise in : glass noise & as per vipul motor telling wheel noise required tyre change, but i dont know which type of noise . this car now is under warranty
i am doing complaint to maruti but not reply from maruti

Insurance
Dear Sir/Madam
I have Maruti Alto std which is insured by national insurance company ltd.As i don't have any office of NIC in my city roorkee i went to authorized dealer of Maruti, Shakumbari Auto mobiles which has insured my car as well.I wanted to claim my insurance.As in an accident on 28 Aug 2009 at Nanital road my car's silencer was damaged and some other parts too but the head of accidental department of Shakumbari Automobiles Mr.Deepak Rathi has just denied and said that you cant claim it and i would not do any thing about it.My car was not even inspected by any survey engineer or NIC.

I BOUGHT A NEW MARUTI ALTO FROM POPULAR MARUTI AT EDAPPAL ON 1-10-2008. There was an agreement with the DEALER to give me a NRI Scheme and tuflon coatting to the vehicle. But I didnot get the above mentioned scheme or tuflon coatting.
