milage
i m not fully satisfy with my milage, which my is giving.it is giving km/lt.while company is claiming about km/lt.

Rude behaviour
I own a Maruti Alto for the past two years. I serviced my Maruti Alto from Competent Ghazipur almost 15 days back and after the servicing i noticed that my car is giving me the milage of 10km/per liter. So Yesterday (6th September 2008) i went to Competent Maruti Service center again to register the complaint and to tell them that there was something wrong happened in my previous service. But those guys treated me very badly and their manager scold me and said that he will not do anything of the car and he is not afraid of any complaint. He also threaten me about dire consequences. I returned back to my home as i could not do anything.
Then i booked my car for pick and drop facility so that they can pick my car from home and do the needful. They booked my car on the phone but next day they called me and said that they will not pick the car as their manager has ordered him to do so.
I fumed, and did not know what else to do. I have been cheated by them badly. Has man lost the value of trust and commitment?
Now please tell me what to do and how to sort this thing out as i am no where and mentally harassed.

Insurance work
I live in Delhi.I have purchase Maruti alto car.After two month I went to my native place Mahoba(U.P.)by car.There car got an accident.I give it to M/s Adinath Motors Unit-II Chhatarpur (M.P.) for insurance work. My father took the car back after work and service.When I drive the car I feel that car is not running properly and also M/s Adinath motor did not repair my pannel.He also charge for wheel balancing and He charge for all fiber material.while only bumpher was beaked in accident.
I want to M/s Maruti Suzuki ltd. to service my car free of cost in Delhi and amount should be refund by M/s Adinath Motors.These delears making fool to the customer

CITIBANK AUTOCARD
I received a SMS on my mobile that rs.981-are due to you on 15-2-2008 sender CITIBANK. No phone no. no contact address.
wherein hell should I go to search citibank or in which a/c should i deposit money & for what purpose money is being demanded.
there is no statement received till 11 Pm on 28-2-2008 & they have given a credit upto 9th march 2008.
this is a blatant loot ,even calling to local call centre at Indore does not produce any statement till this moment.
It means they can raise demand on anyone & now it is his duty to prove otherwise.But if they are honest enough they should at least provide their contact phone no. or street address.They provide post box no.address in their mail so you can not get confirmation that a mail is received by them.

Problem in facing Claim
Dear Sir
This is to inform you that I have purchased a new Maruti Alto Lxi from Rajesh Motors Ltd.,Jaipur...in the month of September 07.
At the time when I have purchased the vehicle Insurance has been done by Maruti itself and I have received the Insurance copy..done by Natonal Insurance Company.
Now few days back I took my vehicle to maruti service center for some repairs there I came to know that myCar Insurance is not valid reason that the I am failing to submit the Insurance premium amont..
I could not understand that when I have paid the premium in cash to the dealer then why my claim could not be settled.
I am fail to understand that just only for such small claim i am facing this problem if at all the claim would have been big then would be definately a big trouble to me.
You are requested to look into the matter urgently & send an enquiry .
Rajesh Motor is now re named as Prem motors.
Timely redressal not done would force me to take legal action as i already have insurance copy.
waiting for an early revert.

problem in gear box.
After one month of date of purchase of vehicle, the problem occured in the gear box of the car.I'm suffering a lot as they are not delivered my vehicle since 3 days. Please make an action regarding this.. THANKING YOU.

My vehicle battery got changed; means Maruti dealer replaced my original battery with some other 800 old battery!!
I bought Maruti Suzuki Alto Le car 6 months before.
Since my first service I am getting lots of service problems from Pratham motors bangalore,the authorized Maruti dealer.
Always I have to fight with dealer and customer care for get rid off the issues.
After my first service I got the starting trouble problem and I have given the complaint, what they will do is recharge the battery and getting back to me. For a month no problem then will start again the starting issue.
For my third service I have changed the dealer to Bimal Bangalore and they done excellent job for me except starting trouble. Why means I got a shameful and shocking information from the dealer, that is;

I have contacted the maruti through mail… NO REPLAY!!
I am contacting through number while talking will disconnecting automatically!!
What’s surprise is from the beginning I have started fighting with maruti they are not at all taking care for customers’ care.
Really I hate maruti, do you think this is fare for any persons??
I am salaried persons and one car was my dream.
Now my dream becomes a burden.
