I got a very embrassing treatment by one of the Maruti dealer while I went for car repair. I lodged my complaint on the offiial website of maruti ltd. I repeated the complaint. both time I got autogenerated message confirming receipt of my complaint. One of the reply promissed me to hear action taken by the company. But after 3 months there is no reply.
The only thing I feel is that in the modern competitive age when the feed back from the customer is the best tool to improve the services and product, how a big co. like maruti ignores.
