Subject: Misbehave With Customer And Worst Service.
I am surprise on what basis you have made this service as “Maruti Authorized Service Centre”. They do not know how to behave and talk to the customer. All the above they don’t know their job except of charging and demanding money for the work which is not done.
Request you to kindly take some action and revert back with response on the actions taken
I am here to share my experience which I had with the Staff and Owner of Maruti Data Centre(TARDBUND SECUNDERABAD). I had given my Maruti 800 for servicing on 21st Oct’10. And I was suppose to get the car by 23rd Oct. I could not collect my car due to heavy rains and no power in the city. I had request to get the car collected on 24th (Sunday). And I had received call from the show room to collect my car. And I went with and expectation that the complete servicing was done. The bill amount was rs5059, without any further question in the mind I was ready to pay the amount. When I visited the work shop at 11:30am,
I found my car was not polished with wax which normally any vehicle is done when given for servicing.
The centre locking was spoiled.
Dash board was not polished.
Engine area was not cleaned.
AC ventilators inside the CAR attached to dash board was not cleaned.
Foot area was with full of mud stains and grease.
When I called the owner and informed these are things which are pending once the same is done I shall pay complete amount and was ready to pay rs4049.
He said I should pay the complete amount and collect the CAR or else leave the car their and collect the same on next day. When I said I can’t leave the car and can pay only rs4059 he had locked the main gate and for next 2hrs till the time I paid the complete amount.
At last I paid him just because my daughter was with me and to be more precise this guys and his team does not know how to behave to the customer.
I don’t know on what basis MARUTI like big company had allowed to publish their name and brand with these type of un-professional service centers.
All the above this service center does not give any receipt when they collect the car or make work order for registering complaints.
I have also attached snaps for your reference. TRUST ME THEY ARE REALLY BAD WITH CUSTOMER.
