Service centre's is not repairing the car
I HAVE PURCHASED A MARUTI S X 4 ZXI No.DL2CP8423 IN DECEMBER 2008. FROM THE VERY FIRST SERVICE I HAVE COMPLAINED REGARDING THE NOISE COMING FROM THE SHOKERS AND TYRES TO BAGGA LINK PATPARGANJ INDUSTRAIL AREA BUT THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN EXPLANATION AS THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN IT. FROM THE LAST FOUR MONTHS I AM NOTICING THAT THERE IS HUGE NOISE FROM THE CAR.SURPRISINGLY WHEN I VISTED THE SERVICE STATION BAGGA LINK THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT SHOCKERS ARE NOT WORKING OR DAMAGED AND THE BIGGEST REASON FOR NOISE IS SUSPENSION MEANS ARMS OF SUSPENSION IS NOT WORKING SO NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR TO THE SERVICE CENTRE. ARFER 3 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL THAT YOUR CARS SERVICING IS DONE AND AS WELL AS SOME SMALL WORK IS DONE IN SHOCKERS WHEREAS SUSPENSION WORK IS NOT DONE AS MARUTI IS NOT PROVIDING THE PARTS AS THEY ARE SHORT OF THE REQUIRED PARTS AND GIVEN A BILL OF APPROX Rs 15000/-
AFTER ONE MONTH AGAIN I HAVE VISITED THE SAME SERVICE CENTER AND COMPLAINED FOR THE SAME THEY HAVE KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR ALMOST 7 TO 8 DAYS AND AFTER SEVICING THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT PARTS REQUIRED ARE NOT AVALIABLE IN MARUTI SO WHY NOT YOU SELL YOUR CAR TO US.
MY QUESTION IS NOT THIS, HOW MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVE MY QUESTION IS THIS HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A COMPANY CAN PREPARE A CAR BUT CAN NOT PREPARE A SPARE PART.
ALREADY DECIDED TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SOLUTION

false warranty assurance
i have buyed a new maruti swift vdi 2mth back, its just 4000km run till now. i had tyre bust at a speed of 4okm /hr. on contacting the service center it was informed its has 2 be replaced as per the jk tyre inspection person, and not repariable .i was informed that it cannot be coverd under warranty as it was due to sharp object cut.if such thing can happen with new car then nathing can be coverd under warranty., inspite of the claim.

They know nothing about customer service and how to talk to customers
At every step of purchasing my Swift from Rohan Motors Dehradun, I felt cheated. I bought a car in 2006 so that I get a 2006 model car but after paying I was told that the car is a 2005 model. The accessories also even though they were Maruti ones where charged more than the other Maruti dealer.
In less than one year the front tyers are kind of bald as the alignment was not checked at Rohan Motors nor did they see the tyers balding. When the third service was done at Lucknow, the dealer told me that the alignment was out and hence the condition of the tyers. Rohan Motors still seem to be not bothered when I informed there Works Manager. He knows nothing about customer service and how to talk to customers.
Even after I sent a complaint to the corporate office no one from the corporate office has contacted me.

Reg : No response for test Drive
I plan to bought Swift Dezire, so i try to book the test drive.
last 18th i spoke with the sales man from maruthi trichy, he agree to prove the car for test drive @ my home town, but today i call him several times but he not sure abt the test drive, only for my father & mother convenient i ask the test drive but the response is not gud, , , , i plan to move to LOGAN.

refusal and heavy booking charges and bad dealings with customers
dear sir,
my name is Nand kishore gupta from shimla(H.P).i want to convey you the message that three months before i want to purchase a maruti omni for business purpose. i went to the dealer goyal motor shimla, there i said that i want to purchase omni in black color.but their sales manager ask me to deposite 50000rs as token money only than they provide the car, and i quit from there and take some time to think for the car but recently new business purpose car launched i.e Maruti EECO...I again went their to buy a car again they said that they want 50000 rs as token money...i talks to the manager sales he lasted it upto 35000rs as token money...after that next day when i called there they refuse to book my car and said that you will have to buy a maruti omni in black color which i have not given a order even i have not deposited the token money for the omni car so how can they order the omni in black and blame me to buy a omni. If i want maruti ECCO..they refused to book the vehicle...and they mis behaved with me.moreover one lady of there staff talks cheapless with me and refused to book a car...then i went to the chandigarh there they booked a car in just only 5000rs...
sir due to there monopoly in himachal they build their own rules and booking amounts...how can we middle class people book a car with huge amount in advance.No one happy with Goyal Motor in Shimla.So sir it is kindly request to you that take a strong action Against GOYAL MOTOR SHIMLA, TARADEVI(H.P)
and take my complaint into your consideration...

car dashboard noise
Dear Sir,
I wish to apprise you that I have a swift VDI which is only a month old and done less than 2000kms, my car is also having similar problem that there is a funny noise emanating from the general area of the dashboard, front right hand side something like a click where there isclashing of either some loose part or metal this happens when the car approaches a speed breaker or pothole I took the car to Kankariya Motors Ahmednagar and was told that this is a common problem in all swift dzires and you would have to leave the car for 9-10 days, they will strip the car and repair some joint in the dashboard and windscreen area which has come off due to unknown reasons, funny for a car which is not even a month old and has been driven with utmost care, my trust of the brand maruti has taken a beating, can any one advise what is this noise and what is the best way to get it repaired without having to strip my brand new car

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Purchased a MAruti SWift In August 2009 from the Pasco Gurgoan but from starting onwards there was a sound from the Dashboard and i have sent my card into the Karnal Motors Dealer i have paid Rs-5000 extra for extendable Warrenty but your is demanding service charge and labour for checking the sound of Dashboard and there is some problem in Shocker also.
i am plaining to purcahse a new car also (Wagnor ) but due to bad services i will change my plan.

late delivery
i booked a car wagonr duo thro csd paid the money in full.. paid it on 14 dec 10 to modern automobiles, ambala... so far i have nt received the car... they dont bother to give a descent reply.dont kinow whats happening... now i heard thats the case wit many officers of defense-- delayed delivery in modern ...will some one look into the matter? or its just another govt organisation? sleeping to glory

provide a claim form
I MRS SANTOSH DEVI AGARWAL HAD A MARUTI VAN NO AS23B8600. ON 20TH OF DECEMBER MY CAR WAS PARKED OUTSIDE MY HOUSE AT D.M. LOHIA ROAD, TINSUKIA, ASSAM AND I FOUND AT 9.30 P.M. THAT THE E.C.M. OF MY CAR WAS MISSING. I WENT TO THE DEALER I.E. JAY BEE AUTO AGENCIES PVT. LTD., TINSUKIA ABOUT MY COMPLAIN. THERE RESPONSE WAS NOT GOOD, AND THEY SAID ME TO BRING POLICE F.I.R AND ACCORDINGLY I SUBMITTED THEM ON 21ST DECEMBER EVENING . THEN THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO FILL UP A CLAIM FORM AND SUBMITT IT TO THEM. BUT TILL TODAY THAT IS 25TH DECMBER THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME CLAIM FORM. MY POSITION AND MY CAR IS IN STAND STILL POSITION AND WAITING FOR CLAIM FORM. PLEASE Take strict action against the dealer
