Alto 800 LX was in Danger December 13, 2009

Dear sir,
I have Alto 800 LX car having Engine no 3327455 chasis no 776320 and reg no MP-04_CA-8706.I took service from Adinath Moter Sagar last week and charged a expensive bill say about Rs 5000 with all my troubles.But Iam sorry to inform you that they did not check thoroughly and made a mistake with gas line disconneced which I foud next day when the gas was escapping directely to the bonut.Secondly after 200 Km journey towards Shahdol away from Sagar the foudation bolt of Engine has torn out without any serious fault or mistake by me.when I was on journey with my family and there were no support except God.Any how I spent night and rushed the vehicle to Sidhi town to safegaurd me and my family.I would like to know that such part can be bereak without any notice or indication is quiet right ?I faced a great trouble if the total Engine might fall from the base.Once god helped me but not not Your servic team.All your system need for some good technic or support to avoid this type of fault to relif your customer and teachings to your service provider that they maight seen this blunder and inform the customer during time of service in earlier.

Late Delivery
Dear Concern person,

I am a loyal customer of maruti car. At present I am using Maruti Zen Lxi DL8C K 0210.

As I am in a need of another car for my wife, I booked another car, Maruti Dezire Vxi, at Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt Ltd, on 03/09/2009 and also paid Rs 10, 000/- as a token of booking for which I got a receipt, no 19713 dated 03/09/2009.

From here onwards my pain starts.

From this date onwards i started getting calls from different dealers that the desired car is available with a nominal premium, you cancel the booking and we will deliver you in a weeks time with a nominal premium on the desired model of the car.

And at this point of time I started feeling myself cheated.

In case if a dealer provides me the car with in a weeks time then why there is a waiting period!
all because of some extra profit in the name of premium?
Atleast its not the case with other companies.

All I know is that I am a customer with ready money and I want a car for my personal use so why somebody should take the advantage of earning extra in this competitive market when every company is trying to attract customers giving discounts.

All I want a car, MARUTI DEZIRE Vxi WHITE COLOUR.
Money is ready with me and i will take on cash down payment.

I will wait for a weeks time to somebody, get back to me from the company for the confirmation of the delivery of the car or i will go to search for some other options readyly available in the open market.

Problem with new MARUTI ALTO
Hi All,
I would like to inform you that I have bought a new Alto car having registration number UP21Z3310 from AKANSHA AUTOMOBILE in Moradabad (UP) on November 2008, from the day one I start feeling that there is some problem with my new MARUTI ALTO but after some days the situation went worse as there is problem with Gear Box, Horn, BODY PAINT and other accessories. I have gone to AKANSHA AUTOMOBILE several times from last seven months to inform them about this issue but they always give excuses. I am not able to get this thing easily as I bought a new car of MARUTI and not an old one, I am sure that there is fraud done with me so I need your help to investigate this issue as they are not even bother about my level of frustration then I reached LUCKHNOW for this issue but they asked me to contact AKANSHA only. Now I am not able to get where should I contact for this issue and lastly I am mailing you. Please try to arrange an engineer who is not from AKANSHA AUTOMOBILE and can verify about the actual condition of ALTO. I am much tensed with this so please address this issue as soon as possible. In addition of that I would like to inform you that here in AKANSHA AUTOMOBILE they sell True Value car and I am sure they sold me the car from that slot. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Spoiling the Maruti brand trust which they have built over the years!!!!!!
Hi, My name is Sonal Ramchandani and I have purchased Alto LXI from Rana motors pvt ltd. in Aug this year and while purchasing the executive told me that if I do 3 services from their service station then they will give me 4th and 5th as free services. But in my first service i realized that their service station is very very bad!!! and its just spoiling the Maruti brand trust which they have built over the years.

Check out below reasoning for my opinion.

1. Pick up guy came 2 hr late to pick up my car and nobody informed me about that, i was following up with them and their customer service did not had any clue about him.

2. While giving the car I was assured about good touch up work, but when i got the car it was not done / incomplete.

3. I paid for 2000 rs for anti rusting, while purchasing the car, which dealer told me, will be done in the first service and they will give us 3 year warranty card for the same. Now post service i have not got anything form the service station that the same is done.

4. I was also promised for left side mirror, and that was also due on 1 service...but for this i had to coordinate for about half a day between the service station guy and the dealer...and when I got the car the left side mirror was of different color…..wow

5. I got my car after 27 hrs!!! Normally service is done within 3 hrs.max.

6. I told couple of issues which i was facing while driving, like gear shift issue, Wobbling of car while driving, car become heavy with a/c switched on, lot of noise, etc...none of them got resolved / answered...

7. Inspite of 3 reminders they are not bothered to revert back on my queries...

Guys pls read this before giving your car to them for services...

Vehile not delivered after 11 weeks
Email sent on : 19th August 2009 to [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]

I have booked Ritz ZXI on 10th June 2009 booking # S0309000388 from Fort Point - Thane branch; at the time of booking i have been told that i will be getting car in SIX WEEKS time by Mr. Raviraj.

At the end of six weeks duration i gave a call to Mr. Raviraj and he told me that he will check and get back to me; after several time follow-up with him i came to know that it may be delayed by two weeks more.

Then i got a no of Mr. Walance (sales supervisor - Fort Point - Thane); after several follow-up with him i got to know that my car is going to be delivered on 15th of August 2009 and i will be getting car on 22nd August. During this conversation Mr. Walance was ready to issue me a letter "Assuring the delivery of the vehicle between 15th to 22nd August).

When i went to Fort Point for getting this letter, i came to know that Fort Point has extended delay in delivery by 5 weeks (so it's 6 + 5 weeks); i didn't accept the letter when i went their show room as it was not the letter which was committed to me over phone.

Then i booked a complain on 1800 1800 180 for delay in delivery and irresponsibly handling the customer; i got a complain no 7072074123 and customer care executive asked me to wait for few days!; They have asked dealer to give me proper reply on this issue, Mr. Raviraj and Mr. Walance was trying to convince me for getting the VXI variant instead of ZXI; Apparently they have informed back to customer care center and closed the issue.

During this process i got a phone no of Mr. Dhiraj Agarwal (area sales executive); talked to him on 17th August 2009, regarding the issue about delay in delivery and he replied me saying he will discuss with his boss and get back to me on 19th. When i called to regional office no; i came to know that he is out of office today so call tomorrow.

With complete frustration i called on toll free no again to know status of the previous complain and they have registered new complain i.e. 1075320535 and asked me to wait and give them call after few days.

I am trying to get the status of car since last 5 weeks but I didn’t have proper answer since last many weeks; neither dealer nor customer care nor sales executive every one is buying time.

I am sorry to say this that I had never seen such a pathetic customer care service in any industry where value of customer is nothing.

Here with I am attaching the documents, which I got during this full idiotic process.

Although i have received this below mentioned e-mail from Fort Point, today i got another written letter(couriered) from Fort Point saying there will be again in delivery delay of 5 to 7 weeks for Ritz ZXI.

On this behalf i would like to know what is happening at your end? can you give me clear picture.

I have visited Fort Point (Thane) branch on 22nd August 2009, and Mr. Raviraj was giving me idea that car will be dispatched on Monday (i.e. 24th August) but no news has been communicated to me after this regarding the car is already dispatched or it's on the way or what is the status?

Can you please further clarify?????

Kindly refer the trailing mail of 20th August wherein we have conveyed that the vehicle should be tentatively delivered within 3 working weeks.We had mentioned in our trailing mail that your vehicle ie Ritz ZXI Silky Silver colour order has been logged in for production at MSIL.

Also, we are tentatively expecting this vehicle to be dispatched by the late 1st week of September.We shall be communicating with your goodself further, once the vehicle is dispatched from Gurgaon since the transit time for the vehicle to ground at our stockyard is 6-7 days.Post this the registration formalites will be processed.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused & request you to kindly bear with us until then.

I am sure now, that either fort point or MARUTI has no value of what you have said earlier.

In reply dated 25th August you are saying it will be delivered in 3 weeks where as i have highlighted in your reply dated on 20th August about 15 days i.e.2 weeks. In none of the reply you are saying what if two weeks passed and you have not delivered? do you have any answer which i can digest?

In real world there is no value of word "SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE". I have gone through serious mental trauma during fallowing things out in this process. Neither maruti nor fort point has even thought about inconvenience and you are talking about bloody sorry for this process!!! I did spend about enough money for followup phone calls to Mr. Raviraj and Mr. Walance

I had waited double the time what has been earlier committed to me and still i am getting false commitments only.

When you guys will stop giving promises and start acting? Is this the way you always deal with customer? I am not saying that only Fort Point is responsible for this; MARUTI is equally responsible for this complete irresponsible process. Who is responsible in Maruti and Fort point is for this?

Don't reply me if you have only shitty word "sorry" instead of something firm on hand to deliver. Where the heck maruti representatives are? Were they sleeping during this period? What has caused this much of delay? Do you have any justifications on my questions?

lack of after sales
Maruti has a good brand name but poor in after sales as I bought their new car Swift which they claim will give you a milage of 18km/l but it happened only for the first month and first 1000 km after that milage came down to 13km/l as of now.

After complaining about it to RANA Motors abot 5 times still no action has been taken so kindly suggest me how should i proceed.

Fraud and scam
My wagon R br 1 c 7780 under extended warranty has ignition problems. It is with karlo automobiles patna since 13.08.08. morning. Still they have not been able to rectify problem.

Indus Motors is Cheating the people
I booed Swift VDi on 31/05/2008 at kottayam with INDUS Motors kottayam, and they assured me that they will deliver the vehicle with in 45 days. now it is 2 months over, when i enquired thay said it will take another 2 months to deliver the car.
while enquiring I found that the Manager and staffs are selling the cars to some other people by taking 15000 to 25000 extra and end of the month Manager to Executives are sharing this money.
If you don't pay extra money they woun't give the car.
I am cancelling the booking and going for some other vehicle.

I want to know Maruti know all these things. do they take any action against these delears
