Dear Sir,
I am a Maruti Suzuki car owner but “not a proud owner”. I bought my ALTO Fun Edition DL7CH 1058 from Bagga Link Patparganj Delhi on 13th March 2007. Initially all the things going well but unfortunately on 11 Jan 2008 I met with an accident and my car got damaged. From 12 Jan 2008 to approximately 1 month my car was standing in Bagga Link premises for service and Insurance Claim. And after one month when I took my car on road then very next day my car was break down and I called up to “Maruti on Road Services” then the maruti engineer told me that your car fan was not working that’s is why your car get break down and then some others problem came one by one. For those reason I visit several times to Bagga link and I don’t get neither satisfactory service neither satisfactory answer and then one day I found that my Power steering model harder then a normal maruti “800’s” Then I registered a complain at Maruti Regional office.

Then I got very good response from your side Mr. Uday Raj Engineer from Maruti visit to Bagga Link and he called us to Bagga Link. I met with him and that time he rectifies the problem but after some days I am facing the same problem. And I went back to Bagga link with the same problem then Mr. Vijay Kumar / Mrs. Shashi from Customer Care was not behave properly and he denied to give me services, he told us that Maruti itself will not take any responsibility for this, because you showed your vehicle out side form Bagga Link now Bagga Link will not give you any services. The behave of both the persons is not good. Even they people are not bothered to solve my problem, I showed my my vehicle from starting to them only, then why should I go some other place and pay twice for the same problem when I know my car can be rectified only in Bagga Link without paying anything.

So I am asking this question to you, as you are a “Managing Director” of this company, Sir Is it possible for that almost 6 months and I am going again and again to Bagga Link for services and Insurance claim. And I know that I am getting my things without any charges then why should I go to some other engineer when My Case spoiled by Bagga Link?? THIS IS VERY BAD AND GIVES BAD IMPACT TO YOUR SERVICES.

You as a Company always emphasis and talk about “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION” but I am very sorry to say that I am being a MARUTI CUSTOMER I am not at all satisfy with your Customer Care Services and the people in Customer Care Department.

Please tell me what is my mistake I met with an accident and god save me is that my mistake?? Or I bought my car with Bagga link is that my mistake?? Or I bought MARUTI SUZUKI car is that my mistake?? PLEASE HELP ME to get out of this problem as I am really fed up with these problems.

Hope you will help me and take my complain seriously and will take some appropriate action to give me peace of mind as I also want to be A PROUD OWNER OF INDIA’S BEST CAR MARUTI SUZUKI.

Service Centre
I own a Maruti Alto for the past two years. I shopped around for the third year insurance, I was amazed on the level of difference in amout by different dealers. Still I went ahead with the costliest of the lot, one of the service centre near my house M/s. Insuh Maruti Service Centre. he promised me Rs. 5114 as a premium for Rs. 202000 as car value. The day i called the insurance agent for collecting the cheque, he quoted me Rs. 5300. I negotiated so he came down to Rs. 5200. I paid him the cheque, the next he sent me the insurance paper, then I noticed that the car value he had taken was only Rs. 191000. i could have done nothing except calling him again for correcting it. then he said it is irreversible, to compensate he would give me 4 service coupons worth Rs.800. each of them bears 50% discount on service charge (400). He also said i could present 2 coupons and avail 100% discount. I thought fair enough as i get my car serviced two times a year.

Today, after a week, I sent my car for servicing, they say they only will accept 50% coupon. I say that their employee had promised me 100%, now they disown him saying his words cannot be counted. I had a argument with the manager Mr.Yadav (09313514731)with no result and the owner Bindra (09310135516) is not picking up the phone.

Well, the point here is not the money, because they are anyhow charging around Rs.1500 for complete service except the labour charges which is. Rs.400. I am pissed off because of their false promised and misleading committments while selling their insurance. I feel more troubled because I lost my half day fighting with them which in turn affected my business. and ofcourse my call charges worth more than Rs.100.

In Total, stupid senseless services. This reflects on the effectiveness of Maruti service. Insuh is Maruti's Authorised (to trouble) Service Center.

Poor service!
I am holding a marti car (Alto LXI) which I bought it from Khivarj - Adyar six months back. I have given this car fro second service. The Speedo meter was not working properly and the indicator is showing only 80KM even if your car is going more than 80KMs.

During the service, there was no water wash, no vacuum claiming inside the car. They also claimed that they have replaced the speedometer but even now it is not working. My driver has also found that approx 2 ltrs of petrol was also missing.

irresponsibility of a car servicing centre dealer of maruti cars in lucknow

i would like to complaint against a car servicing centre naming P.S.motors pvt ltd.,mahanagar lucknow branch.i have a maruti zen-mh model which i gave to this dealer for servicing.i also told them about the misfunctioning of the car eg. break problem etc. so that the misfunctionings of the car can be repaired in the servicing.after 2 days,when i got my car back,after paying the servicing amount,remarked the same problems present in the car.i called up the servicing centre and told about their irresponsibility regarding the servicing of my car and asked them to service it properly.they answered us very badly that your car is fine and we are not going to repair it.their behaviour was very unhuman.i live in sultanpur and running for my car daily to service station to lucknow is very unconvinient for me.
i,therefore,request to take proper action against p.s. motors immediatly.my invoice no. for servicing is 001192 and job no.is 0055600.

cutomer service
dealer has not provided me details of depricitaion.some item charged wrong or twice.
accessories of vehicles removed.even stenpney changed withthe worst one.
though the maruti interfered but the dealer has no fear or has bad reputation.till date refund has been made as committed in front of maruti representative.

i will not leave easily if not refunded and compesated to me.

SERVICE STAFF OF MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE IN KANPUR
I am having a maruti 800 AR 5635 and want to write a serious complain against one of Maruti"s service Center named as KTL MARUTI SERVICE SENTRE HARSH NAGAR KANPUR.Actually few months ago say 4 months,I went above mentioned service station and get the service of may car done. When I reached home i found my papers lost ,therefore,immidiatly contacted the station and asked them about my papers ang got no proper response from them. Now after 4 months (OCT 07 ) I got a call from Mr.Ravindra Pandey 09235665755 service advisor from the same service centre who requested me to come there and keep these papers.I thanked him for his good reply and reached the service centre today ( 30th Oct 07) and met Mr.Ravindra who returned me the papers but demanded for Rs.100- , I was really surprised but i gave this amount to him took my papers back for which I had already submitted FIR to the local police station and got the duplicate papers from RTO. Now I am feeling fully to be cheated by Maruti Staff as I did not proper answere when I contacted the service station and got the call after four moonths and had to give Rs.100 to him. I,therefore,request you to please take proper action and suggest me as I want to file a legal case against Maruti Service Centre for my mental distress. You call contact me on my cell 09839315323

Unsatisfied customer & deteriorating customer service
This is a copy of email I sent to Maruti

Re : Unsatisfied customer & deteriorating customer service

This is to inform you that I have got my third service done from Magic Auto, A-93, mayapuri Industrial Area, New Delhi, Invoice no Jc0710742 on 28.09.2007 under the supervision of your supervisor Mr. Lakshaman..

At the time of the service following problems were told and they were accepted by Mr. Laksaman
1. The is take jerks when we put it in first gear and drive in first gear
2. There was a sound from the right axel ( This is the second time problem it exsist at the time of second service also
3. Body sound, and the door sound.
4. Cleaning
5. Break problem
6. All lights checking

Most of the things remained as it is which I will describe you one by one

1. The car still jerks when drive in the 1st gear
2. At the last service the right axel was changed due to the same problem, again the axel has been changed and we have been charged for this service. even though the car is in the guarantee period.
3. The driver seat door is still giving sound
4. The driver seat door has big black impressions of hands and the roof is black with dust it looks as if the car has not been washed.
5. At the time of break there is a choo- Choo noise.
6. The tail light right hand lamps not working

So I want to ask the manager / owners of magic that I have paid 3200 for my service, and had not said no to any of the items which was asked to put in my car by Mr. Lakashman then why the service was not done properly. It looks as if you have to many cars so you cant look for the quality.

I called up Mr. Lakashman at 9 pm on 28th Sep, 30 min after the hand over of car. At that time he didn’t picked up his phone but his friend picked up and told me that he is driving. So I left the massage and ask him to call back. But he never did that then I again I called him on 29th to give him the feedback and told him that all the problems existed as it is as they were at the time of giving the car before service.
He was very rude while talking to me at that time. I am sorry to say that your customer service is deteriorating.

I am very sorry to say that this is a very bad performance and I am not satisfied with your services.

Poor car performance
Earlier i have diesel version of car from Maruti. But was not performing well and was creating problem finally i sold the car within 1yr. No one from the dealer or Maruti listened to my problem.

Reader's pls beware before buying as Maruti is not good in diesel version.
