Dear Sir(s),
I would like to inform you that I have booked a new WagonR-LXI, B/Blue(Invoice no SOB10000044) from M/S Mohan Motor Udyog, DN-18, Salt lake City, Sector-V, Kolkata 700091 on 23-08-2010 vide money receipt no REC10000050 dated24-08-2010.
On 03-09-2010, one agent of M/S Mohan Motor Udyog conveyed over telephone that the company has withdrawn the discounted amount ( offered in AUG`10) in Sept `10and the price has been hiked over RS.2000/-

After booking a car, now some questions are arises:-

1. As your delivery period is about 40-50 days, surveying of the most booking car in a particular month, so you are allowing discount next month heavily on the slow selling /booking and ceased discount on the fast selling/booking car by luring and making prey to the new customer on false promise as you are unable to deliver in the same within a month.

2. What is the necessity of booking car, if the customer have to pay as desired by you (delivery & discount is on your control)?

3. As you hold every right to ceased/reduced the promised discount & price rise without prior intimation to the customer, the customer should have to be allowed to cancel the same without deducting booking money.

You are requested to look into the matter to allow me the promised discount or may be allowed to cancellation of booking without deduction of booking money.
