I had booked a Ritz Vxi (Blaze Blue colour) from Spectra Motors, Ghatkopar on 20th December 2010 on assurance form the dealer that i will benefit from the safety of price rise, they wil confirm my booking on the basis of the prevailing rates of December 2010. But till date i haven't heard from you regarding the delivery timelines of the car. The concerned executive doesnot bother returning my calls and on contacting them, I am told that for cancellation of the booking, please visit out showroom!!! This is crazy! I demand an exlanation from the Maruti guys regarding this - Aditya Shankar (9029011789)
