We all are writing complains here but dont know how effective they are..?? but as the companies are negligent towards consumer issues we all are running here and there to get some which includes me..
on the hope that some one can see this and help me out I am also posting my help.. pray to god that some one will help..
I booked Maruti Dzire ZXi with KTL Ltd Lucknow and the date committed by them was 3 rd june.. and see the proffesionalism till 2 nd of june they are promising that they will deliever the car before the committed date. and on 2 nd june they sent a letter stating that they only have white color with them and if I need the colour of my choice I have to wait for one more month.
When I have contacted GM of KTL he informed me that he is unable to deliver the car as he is not getting the smae from Maruti.
if these people are not able to fulfill there commitment why they are doing that..
also the bigest Irony is no one from maruti is taking any onus.. neither they are interested in talking to customer there is only one mode to reach maruti is Any time Maruti contact centre. where you can register your complain and then forget.. no one will respond you..
I had also tried to call Maruti RO but all in vein the TL is not even comming on phone..
Request you all to please guide and help..
all suggestions are welcomed.
