harrasment for bill
Gauravjeet singh s/o Piara singh r/o Ghall kalan dist--moga had purchased an SWIFT VDI ABS from Baba autos Ferozepur in the month of April 2011 as the car was booked in July 2010 for Rs 50000/- with great difficulty the car was delevered to me as the full and final payment was made to the dealership but still the bills are not being provided, on confirming from the manager Baba autos zira he said as the car is delevered in moga district there is a problem in Issuing the bills .
If this is the matter it should be thought at the time of delevery now I the request you to please intervene into the matter and see that the bills are issued to me as soon as possible
The name of the reputed auto mobile industry is being lashed down to ashes by such dealers, I hope if such is the matter how will the customer come to the showrom of such dealers

Abnormal engine Noise at 2100rpm
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased new maruti suzuki swift VDI on 25-06-2010 from RNS motors Bangalore, Chassis No 551128, Engine No. 1400622, Vehicle No. KA02 me 5384 . After driving the vehicle for 8000km there was an abnormal sound observed in the engine, when I gave the vehicle for 3rd service I told the dealer about this issue but the approach of the dealer was not satisified as well as they had told they would replace the part by this wednesday (25-05-11), but it is not replaced yet, There was another issue in the vehicle, from the day of delivery the left front door is not getting closed properly, I informed to the dealer from 1st service but till today i.e, after the 3rd service also the problem is not solved. I am very much unsatisifed with the vehicle as wel as service.

car not repaired 8 months has gone why?
myself dr.swadesh gautam medical officer in charge, maholi, sitapur c/o laxhman prasad . i was driving ALTO LXI UP 35 L 2337. UNLUCKLY I GOT ROD ACCIDENT ON 25/09/2010. my car was insured from new india assurance comp.ltd.. i gave my car to anand motar agencies ltd faizabad road CHINHUT LUCKNOW but they still not able to delieverd my vehicle on date 06/05/2011. i visited so many times on service station, they, always told they will delieverd car soon. i talk to the adviser, ANIL SINGH he told me that there is problem in emc of car and soon car will be delivered on dated 20/12/2010 . than i talk to body shop manager, RAJESH KUMAR MISHRA he told me also like this but car was not prepared and from december 2010, i, visited service station so many times but always i feel hopeless and mentally tensionized. the manager and adviser always told incorrect things, misguiding me, then i met to general manager N. C.GRAG he don't know about my car and told me that i don't have any car to repair upto december 2010, and, i have only the list of car repaired december 2010 onwards than. i, showed the paper which states that car is for repairing from 10/oct/ 2010 he don't know anything about my car .now there adviser anil singh call me that ur car is ready and take trial when i gone to service station my car was still not repaired i told him but still he took the trail and again got road accident the front mirror and bonut of the car again damaged and i again got severe mental tension and hopelessness he again promised that he will soon delievered the car after repairing the car .everybody there told me to pay 68000 rupess which is not the real billing amount and they told me if it is extra we will revert back to you -WHY IT IS SO? i paid all the payments on dated ON 04/05/2011 the reciept no of that is--------: RCP11000605 AND today 07/05/2011 . so plz tell me what you can do in the matter in the right way . i'm still waiting for my car, please help me regarding the matter .

Car Maintenance
Dear Sir/Maam,
This is to apprise you of the extremely unsatisfactory service being provided by you authorized Service Centre "Mohan Motors Udyog, Auopata. I had given my car WB02V5810 a swift, for servicing on 21.06.2010. During this servicing the ckutch and brake shoes were also replaced. After getting the vehicle back on 23.06.10 i found that the gears were not getting freely engaged so I had to again take the vehicle back on 30.06.10 . During this visit they re-adjusted the gear and after getting back the vehicle i found that the gears were now getting normally engaged. After a few days I noticed that the ckutch was still giving trouble as during initial movement of the vehicle the same was vibrating and then moving forward. As the car met with an accident on 01.10.10 I had to again give the car to the garage on 03.10.10. After repairs I got the vehicle bck only on 30.10.10. During this period I came to know that no work was carried out for nearly 10 days as they could not get a spare required to fit the rear Bumper. I had to take the matter to their Works manager Mr. Mondal who was apprised of the situation where the car is idling at the workshop for want of a small spare. On receving the car on 30.10.10 I noticed that the Rear LHS light assembly which was replace had been fitted with a caracked glass (The piece being glued after it broke) and the front guard which was repainted after repairing dents, the painting at a portion had dimples suggesting that the painting was done with a layer of dust on the metal surface. The LHS Rear door was not opening from outside. I had to again bring this matter to the notice of their Works manager, who assured of repairing the same. I had to again give the vehicle to the workshop on 09.11.10 and requested them to redo the faulty work done and set right the rear door for which they informed that the latch had to be replaced. I agreed and also asked them to get the interiors cleaned which had become extremely dirty as the car was lying at the worksop for more than a month. Again on receiving the car on 11.10.10 I came to know that the door could be set right as they did not have a spare latch. The internal cleaning could not be done as they did not have the contract workmen who do this job.
I am a very old and faithful customer of Maruti as i had owned a maruti 800 for more than 10 years before shifting to swift, but now I find that the service being provide by your dealers is extremely unsatisfactory. Each time you go to take delivery it takes more than 30 mts. to get the vehicle even after informing thme on telephone a day earlier of my programme to take delivery and their assurance. If this is the stae of affairs I dont find any reason why I should stick to maruti and get the maintenance done from an authorized dealer.
Hope you will look into the matter and try to improve things.

Misbehavior and nonrefund of avance completely
Hello,
I had a terrible month .
I booked an Alto K10 Lxi with AVG motors, Thiruvalla branch for my brother on the 2nd of October 2010 with an advance payment of 5000 RS with a maximum waiting periodof 15 days.
Then what happened is-
Nobody called us to tell the exact date of delivery till 16 th october 2010. We called the sales man and he told us that the car is ready.
On 18th we went the Thiruvalla showroom, then there is no car, they are on transit, is their reply.
So we immediately cancelled the booking with them. Then they started misbehaving, the manager asking me to get out of his cabin when i asked him to give me a receipt for the cancellation .
The manager Mr Shamjith was telling me that they never wanted such clients in future and asked me to leave.
Then i went for the refund money from Kottayam branch. The manager was willing to refund only Rs 4000, Rs 1000 will be charged as cancellation charges. I explained to MS Beena, the manager that it was not fault, i waited for 17 days and iam cancelling it only after promised 15 days, she was furious and told me that nothing can be done in this matter and
' One customer can do nothing on our business ' and i walked away.
I refused to accept the refund as RS 4000.
MY COMPLAINT IS THIS IS THE WAY THESES GUYS ARE SUPPOSED TO BEHAVE ?

Shoddy service
1. I purschased a True Value Maruti Alto from VArun Motors on 6th Sept. The car was delivered without inspection and mandatory checks. The tyre burst on the 4th day while driving on the highway. The spare wheel was found punctured. The pollution check was not done. The wheel balancing and wheel alignment was not done. The car was not even cleaned before delivery.
2. I gave MAruti Esteem LXi for service to Varun Motors on 7th October after coordinating with Mr Rao, GM of Varun Motors. All details were explained to Mr Karunakar while handing over the car. The car was to be returned on Monday 11th. They promised to call back on Monday to reconfirm. Till afternoon no call. Then I called and was informed that the car would be delivered next day. I had to reschedule my appointments and drive 30 kms when I was finally informed this - too late. Next day car was to be delivered by 1500 hrs. Again a call was promised by Mr Rao. No call received. I had to call 5 times, each time to be told they would call back with status. No call. Car was delivered without prior call at 1900 hrs with more than half the work not done.
a) wheel wobbling not corrected
b) paint touch up not done
c) tyre replacement rear left tyre - not done
d) shocker check and service - replace if required - not done
e) body sound - not corected
f) Car not cleaned before delivery. Mud inside.
g)Parking light cracked - to be replaced (as recommended by mr Karunakar) - not done.
I am amazed at the apathy and total lack of service and ownership by Varun Motors. They deliver cars without addressing safety issues repeatedly.

DELAY IN DELIVERY
I have booked Maruti Swift DIZIRE(ZXI) midnight black on 1.6.10 at ABT MARUTI, COIMBATIRE . At the time of the booking i have been told and ginem in writting that I will get the delievery in 3 months time. .Now after booking, it is 3 months and 15 days past .Till now i havnt recieved the delievery of the car..and even the dealer is not sure when they can give the delievery. They just said that this car is in waitin... i dont understand HOW MUCH SHOULD A CUSTOMER WAIT..
I just want that my concern will be resolved..!!

I Mr. Nilesh Gordhanbhai chothani, has purchased New Wagon R LXI from AMAR CARs PVT LTD at Anand, Gujarat on date 15-08-2010.
While driving the car through water of one feet level under rainy season on date 10-09-1020, the car was not performing well initially and just after it was stopped. I tried to start the car but not successed. Mean while i arranged to reach to nearby maruti service center PERFECT AUTO SERVICE at Junagadh, Gujarat and asked the authorised person about the problem. He saidthat the engine is locked and it required to check thoroughly. After his inspection it was found that the pistons, rods and valves are damaged. How such thing happens with simply starting the car, I have doubt there may be any defect previously in the engine otherwise simply starting the car will not damage piston and valves. The same types of problems were found by me to other costumer at perfect auto, Junagadh and at Amar cars at Anand with New wagon R model. While my driving through water, other cars like TATA INDICA, ALTO, and OLD Wagon R (Duo) were not failed.
While I asked to the Perfect Auto and Amar cars about warranty and insurance of car because it happens within month from the purchased date, the person has not answered in well manner. He simply said company is not responsible for damage in engine for the said problem. Even they were not ready to give e-mail address of head office to book complain.
Later on, i call to head office on no:18001800180, he give me the mail Id to write the complain.
My question is, Why company is refusing to repair the car under the warranty condition. As engine is the core part of the car and if company will not take care of service after sell then it is difficult to trust on e maruti predicts.
It was found by me and also heard from maruti authorized dealer that the performance of the K-10 series engine is very poor than other model of same company and other company made car.
I am not blaming the company but you yourself check the numbers of new series wagon R which are now in service due to such problems under varies service center, you take the feedback not only from your company service center but from the heart of costumers because when company not providing proper service under warranty period it directly hurt to the costumers at large and be unable to find interest in such prodect.

Not upto the mark Quality
Recently we bought a Used Wagon-R From RajSneah True Value, Meerut.
Before Buying the car we were assured about the car that it will be thoroughly checked by the true value and all the problems will be ratified by the true value people.We were also told that if any problem will come it will arise it will also be taken care by Raj Sneh True value.
When we went there for the delivery of the car we found that car is not even washed properly, many parts were not functioning properly, after finding some faults we were asked to send the car for washing.Even after visit to the true value centre for trice they did not give us the service booklet, for a very long time after making number of call to true value people they gave it to us after almost 45 days.
When we sent our car for servicing after 60 days we were told that to ratify all the problem in the car we will have to pay 10, 000 Rs.And after checking the online status of the repair work done by the true value to our surprise we found that except washing of the car nothing has been done to remove all the problems before delivering the car to us.
I want to know are these checks about which we were told before buying the car only to make fool of people or if not why not all the faults are repired off the car when true value people konw about these faults.
If any body know whom to contact for this probem kindly letme know.
