wrong name on RAC
i had purchase a new wagonr lxi(blue eyed boy)from TRsawhney gokulpuri at three months ago.my temprery RAC was issued me with a wrong name.i had complaint about it about 20 times to the dealer and maruti suzuki helpline no.also, but there is no response from their side.plese publish my complaint.i am very suffering.thanks-

delay in delivery of car
respected sir,
myself Raj Kumar Makkad, Lawyer and i had booked a maruti suzuki swift vdi on may 27, 2010 in the name of my wife Mrs. Sushma with a booking amount of 20000 at JAGMOHAN MOTORS, BHIWANI (HARYANA). At the time of booking i was assured by the branch head that i will get my car delivery within 2 months so i got my bank financed demand draft accordingly. When i contacted the branch head after 2 months he started making excuses that there is shortage and extended the delivery date. From that day he is extending the delivery date further. Its almost 3 months now from the booking date and i am very dissatisfied by this response and facing economic problem too as i am paying the bank loan from the date of its withdrawl from bank. I also came to know from reliable sources that the car is available in branch.
I request you to look into this.matter and help me.

MILEAGE
I have brought Maruti Ritz(Petrol version) one yr back in the month of August, 2010 and the mileage I am getting is 8-9 KM per litre whereas the company executives claims it to be around 18 km per litre. Kindly provide a solution to me.

delay of delivery
sir, i have booked maruti estilo lxi, dusky brown on 2nd of august from automotive showroom nagpur, and commited to pay remaining amount on 12th of august. But for some reason we went to pay on 13th for which we informed our agent. But when we reached we have been told that the car booked for us was sold to other person on 11th as we could not pay on 10th as told to them by agent(which was 2 days earlier than my comitment). Now they say the projected despatch from company got delayed which was on 12th, we wil get our car 8-10 days after despatch. What is truth behind this. Found some defects in manufacturing
I have booked a Maruti Swift, had inspected the vehicle on 6 jun in ABT Maruti Guindy and found some defects in manufacturing. I have registered the complaint initially with the dealer but as they cannot do much about it (inspite of they accepting the complaint) I did escalate the issue as a written complaint through mail to Maruti. I have not had any response to it. I am surprised at the way I have been getting response from Maruti since they are blaming each other rather than responding to the complaint. I am totally annoyed at their response. Hope they understand the value of customer atleast now.

Maruti A-Star is a complete failure
I have purchased a brand new car Maruti A Star. The dealer assured me that the car is completely tested and its in perfect condition. They also assured me that Maruti A Star is very successful car launced in recent months. The dealer assured me they will take care of any issues without any problem. I drove the car home and while I was doing that the Car was over heating and Car over heating sign was on. I repeat I was assured by dealer the car is completely tested my Maruti and Dealer itself but it over heated by the time I reach home. I logged a complaint to dealer about over heating and guess what to my surprise they said there is no problem with my car and there is some sensor issues. I okayed and took the car next day. While I was driving it started giving me over heating signs again. I called the dealer and they said I need to changed the radiator and its a manufacturing defect. I requested the dealer to provide me with a New Car instead this manufacturing defective piece. They refused to even respond me. I logged the complaint to Maruti Corporate Helpline and still there was no response. Dealer is not even getting back to me and also refuse to mention anything about the car. He still has my car in their service station. This is ridiculous. I have been given worst customer service both my Maruti authorised dealer ( Amar Cars PVT LMT, Baroda, Gujarat) and Maruti Suzuki Corporate. I have been calling every 2 hours to get any reponse from maruti corporate and all they tell me is my complaint will be forwarded and someone will get back to me, but its been 3 days I have no response from either maruti corporate and dealer who still have my car which is paid by me. This is stealing according to me. I am an NRI who heard great about Maruti Suzuki. I am very much ashamed how Indian companies are responding to the customer service. I will be reporting this to Consumer Court and will take it to all media if possible. Maruti A-Star has manufacturing defects and they are overuling me and keeping my money and my car. I have not been given a inspection report either from dealer or from maruti suzuki. This has to be worst, I repeat worst customer service by Maruti Suzuki and its dealer Amar Cars pvt lmt, Baroda. Please help me to post this to hightest level indicating Maruti A-Star is a complete FAILURE.

Very very poor response by Maruiti
I booked a Swift Lxi model booked. same has not been delivered so far inspite of the fact that about 4 months have already passed. repeated enquires with Dealer reflect that the manufacturer has not bothered to despatch Lxi model to Dealer although they have repeatedly sent the demand to Maruti Suzuki from time to time. very very poor response by Maruiti. a separate complaint was also lodged with Maruti on their Mobile complaint number about a month back but same remain unresponded.
