POPULAR VEHICLES AND SERVICES LTD ( Kozhikode ) DEALER NOT DELIVERED MARUTI WAGON R Vxi EVEN AFTER 7 WEEKS
Dear Sir,
It is with extreme disappointment and distress that I write to you, but I have been left with no choice. I booked a Maruti Wagon R Vxi on May 20th 2010. The booking was made through Popular Vehicles and services. Ltd. (Civil station P.O, Wynad Road, Kozhikode -673020(Perinthalmanna Branch)). At the time of booking, They were told that the approximate wait time will be 20 Days.
I tried to call them & asked for the status of the booking. Everytime, either they had no clue of this or made the meaning less excuses like Maruti is doesn’t give this car etc etc.
I strongly feel that there is lack of transperancy in their system. Either they are intentionally not giving us the booking to use the same some where else or for the means of harrasment. We should atleast know the status of our booking or pendency of booking over there enabling us to track the same. Because we already paid 2 lakhs in DD and Rs. 50, 000 cash And Rs.1000 Advance(Total: 2, 51, 000) . The dealer Demand must pay at least 2, 50, 000 and they demand my old car so I give my Maruti 800 also.
What makes the delay all the more disappointing is the level of service (or the lack thereof), during this period. At no point, not even once, has anyone from the dealer to Maruti called me to inform me of the delay or explain plausible reasons for the delay. Every single time, I have had to call and find out about the delivery update (if any).
Someone known to me booked the SAME car (Wagon R), SAME model (V
xi), from a dealer in Malappuram on the date later than my date of booking . He has received delivery of the car with in couple of weeks or maximum 30 Days.
Even at this point, neither the dealer nor the Maruti is able to tell me a date by which I can expect the car. Not receiving the car is bad enough, but it is completely ridiculous if I can't be told when I will receive the car, after so much of waiting. When I contacted the dealer, I was told that they have no information from Maruti about this. The dealer has forced me to speak directly to Maruti, and hence this email.
After so much time of waiting, with no sign of the car or even a firm date by which I will receive it - is this the treatment one expects from 'India's leading car manufacturer'? This can hardly be described as 'just-in-time' supply chain management, which other Japanese car manufacturers are known for.
Your website claims that your vision is 'creating customer delight' - I can assure you that this customer is far from delighted.
I realize that my situation may not be unique, but I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The least I expect is to be regularly informed and compensated adequately for the delay.
Please let me know if Maruti Suzuki Limited finds this request unreasonable.

Maruti not providing the warranty of 'ECM' of my Wagon-R, even when 'ECM' has two years of warranty
My Wagon-R Registration No. "DL2 CAH 7258" is under warranty period. As i purchased it ccin 2008 June 11th.
Now when i droped my car at

ANd service station person to whom i was in contact Mr. Khan told me that "ECM" will not be covered under warranty.
This is very dissappointing from Maruti.
I would suggest to provide me the valid details and warranty of my "ECM"

M-I Light of my WagnoR Duo LXI
Dear Sir,
It Seems that you are not able to solve my problem of "Malfunction Indicator" Light On even After the Engine Start.I Already Visited to Wonder Car, WorkShop, Camp, Pune-1(Authorised Maruti Suzuki Dealer), 4 times, but still now I am facing the same Problem.For ur information, theses days are as follows: (1) 17/04/2010 with job card, (2) 19/04/2010 with Job card (3) 21/04/2010 with job card, & (4) 29/04/2010 to 06/05/2010 (total 1 wk) with Job card, but still now I am Facing the Same Problem.I am also going to Lodge a Complaint against maruti suzuki with these proof of all job cards.So Pl.Solve my Problem as early as Possible.I'll have to return the vehical back with demand of replacing it with other car of the same model.

These Sensor are Replaced on Dt.21/04/10, But the Same Problem I am Facing on Dt. 25/04/10, I Urjently Visited to ur Workshop on Dt.25/04/10, Then They Chk the Problem by Using Diagnostic Kit.the Same Error i.e Speed Sensor Error.They Again Said me to come on Thu Mornning to Solve this Problem, But Arrage me Alternate Vehical For me.So Pl.Solve My Problem As Early as Possible, Waitting For Ur Nice Reply.

i ordered for maruti suzuki on november 12th 2009 and the handlers waiting for the budget for their profit and they have annoyed to a great extent . its march now the car is yet not delivered and response is pathetic please see to it or we will opt for other company car it is eccentric how the dealers have behaved please see to it

delay in delivery of ZDI maruti swift desize
Sir,
I have booked one ZDI Maruti Dezire Diesel - black colour - car on 5th Sepetmber 2009 with M/s.Popular Vehicle & Services, Mamangalam, Ernakulam.
So far I have not received the car nor any intimation regarding the same. Where as, my so many friends have received the same after my booking. Could you please check up the reason for the undue delay in the delivery.
When I contacted your Ernakulam office, though they were telling me that some body by name Mr.Ajay Kuttappan, TSO will contact me to give the information he has not contacted or given any information about the same for last two months.
When I have enquired about the same I was told by your Ernakulam Office that he is very busy.
Sir, though I contacted your office Tel. No. 0484-4088400 continuously for the past two months the service is not satisfactory and they are least bothered to attend and give satisfactory information.
With this, I request your good office to have an enquiry about the undue delay in delivering the vehicle as well as the poor response from your Ernakulam office.
Sir, you are well aware that although I have booked the car well in advance I will be losing heavily due the Central and State Budget for reasons best known to your dealer M/s.Popular Vehicles, Ernakulam.
I hope I will get justice from your office.
