i am jagdish kayada from surat. my brother booked mauruti eeco 5 star with a/c+htr superior white at dhru motors(add-9, jeevanganga nagar, udhna road, ph-0261-2277339) on 16-01-2010. the dealer say we deliver car with in 20 to 25 days.
we are inquire for that many times but they can't give any responce. they also write 30 days/price in booking foam. before two days 0n 27-02-2010 my brother go to dealer showroom they say they will delivere on 30-4-2010. and price is on that day this is not fare so please do as legal

Maruti Dzire not recd after 5 months - Complaint against APRA AUTO Mahipalpur
I have booked a Maruti Swift Dzire Zdi on September 28, 2009 at APRA AUTO (INDIA) PRIVATE LTD., Mahipalpur ... It’s almost been 5 months that my car has not yet got delivered. Despite repetitive requests and phone calls we did not get any satisfactory response. Finally, we again visited the dealer and asked them about the status. We were given an option to wait for few months for the colour that we want. We also offered to pick an alternate colour of which we were later informed that No SWIFT DZIRE is available. We asked them to let us know about the loan formalities ; the sales team captain and the executives are highly incapable of helping out. We then requested the manager ; he promised to help but no relief. Interestingly, the team says they are helpless and can do nothing about it. I have faced such an irresponsible behavior … I want to understand - 1. Have there been no Maruti cars manufactured in the past; 2. Are APRA auto dealers all set to solve my commuting problem; 3. Are they enjoying the interest on the money that I submitted as the registration / booking amount; 4. Will I get the car at all ; 5. In case there’s a price hike, will I get the car at the same amount. Can someone please look into the matter because I really need help on this.

I have Maruti Suzuki Alto LX, bought from ANAND MOTORS LUCKNOW UTTAR PRADESH.
From Last 3 Months I am complaining about Communication Swicth Due to problem of that high besm is not working.
But they are not changing my car's that parts.
Sir please give mw guidelin what can i do.

we have booked swit Dzire LXI silky silver ON 15.10.2008 from DD Motors Wazir pur delhi by paying Rs.10, 000 as advence and requested them on 2-9-2009 that we require 2010 model and persuing/enquiring DD MOTORS Wazirpur Delhi from 15 jan 2009 but till today we have been been untouched from information when shall we get the Vehicle.(receipt no 276 of dd motors dated 19-10-2008)

IN puna sai service showroom the car is avaible but due to teeritari nomes there are unable to allot me the car
i dont understand HOW MUCH SHOULD A CUSTOMER WAIT..

I just want that my concern will be resolved..!!
