Insurance Claim
Sir,
I, Manmohan Aggarwal, had bought a new Maruti Wagon R from Maruti Suzuki Dealer M/s Competent Automobiles, Shivaji Marg, New Delhi on dated 26 April 09.
The car's registration no is DL 2C AK 4734. I haven't recieved my Registration certificate even after 75 days of purchase of the car while another car Maruti Swift No DL 2C AK 4714 bought on 21 april 09 has been given his registration certificate 40 days ago.

Now, My car had got an accident on dated 26.06.09 and the car has been repaired from the same showroom. Now the Claim department of the showroom is not responding about the claim and misbehave with us all the time whenever we go over there. The showroom staff is also non cooperating in this matter. I am totally frustrated. They say like that "Consumer court jaoge jao chale jao lekin men yeh gari ko inurance claim nahi karunga" and the people are so abusive and behave like junglies.


I request you to please put the matter to the higher authorities giving me relief and compensation.


I will be highly thankful to you for this.

Misbehaviour of Dealer
wanna do a serious complaint about Mauti's authorised dealer "PATHANKOT VEHICLEDES"... about their disgusting misbehaviour...

really our TRUST from MARUTI SUZUKI became dim after their misbehaviour...

sorry to say but they dont seem to keep that trust and promise which we thought about MARUTI compay...

Now we are dropping the plan to buy another car from maruti...

So strong action is definitely expected & appreciated from you...
or U can expect the future...

poor after sales service
Hi,

I have purchased a car from your safdarjung enclave showroom as per below details :-
a]maruti swift lxi
b]car no :- DL9CR 8974

1]During the day of purchase door handles were damaged by your showroom guy during teflon coating but no one is taking responsibility of same

2]shockers of the car are not working properly, there is a strange shreeky voice once the car goes over a hole or speed breaker

3]door light system is not working . it is coordinated only with front 2 doors not with back doors,

Inspite of repeated reminders i have not got a satisfactory response, could someone look into this matter and advise how to get this resolved

It is really disgusting to say that after sales is pathetic and name of maruti suzuki is being spoilt due to this callous attitude .

Pls address/resolve this issue asap or i will have to sue rana motors in the consumer court

Disgraceful service
Both ABT and Maruti are age old names in this part of India. I had bought a wagon R from ABT, the initial service made me feel good. The executives were too good to be true. Be it venkatesh, or Durai from the sales department. My car was pounded by another passing car and the front wheel lost its alignment, and the side components of the car had to be replaced. I took the car to ABT on Monday, and left the car to get it fixed. My car was exactly 4 months and 12 days old. They gave me confidence of claiming the insurance and that the car and be give back as good as new in a couple of days. It was friday, and i had no call and made my way to the ABT center. I realize that there has been a issue with the insurance claim. As my car was parked while the incident happened, the insurance cover will not be applicable to the broken components. "Did i hear it right, ?" Who told them that my car was parked, and since when did that rule creep into Insurance laws. The total bill they had submitted was 3800, that was given to me on Friday.

I was stunned and i took the bill and walk back home. I went to maruti relying on the trust and bond i had build, and now i realize it was a mere bubble. The next day, i forced my way to have a looked at the car and to my disappointment, my wounded leapord was there in the corner of the garage, with not work started. It stood in a pile of oil and grease.

I fumed, and did not know what else to do. I have been cheated one full week. Has man lost the value of trust and commitment? I threw the papers at the garage and drove my wondered car to have it fixed better and quicker at a private garage.

Thanks to ABT and Maruti, for have made me realize the true nature of customer service.

Terrible service
I had purchased a Maruti 800 car in June 2007 through Amar Cars Pvt. Ltd, Vadodara. My first free service was due after one month and my second free service was due after six months. Both these services were attended by the dealer in the appropriate months. My third free service was due after 12 months or 10000 kms whichever was earlier... Since I had just completed only 6000 kms but had already completed one year, my service was due in June 2008. I had received a no. of calls and a SMS from the dealer to give the car for servicing.

I booked my car for Sunday 15th June, and went in the morning today to give the car for servicing. I got the job card done and gave the car with the assurance that I will get the car by evening. As soon I came back home, I got a call from the dealer stating that as per computer records available with them, my third service was already over and it was done at Eternal Motors, Bhavnagar in January 2008 with a Km reading of 9000 Kms... The dealer informed that if I want service to be done it will be a paid service. I informed the dealer that it is a mistake since I have never taken my car to Bhavnagar.

Since I suspected a major scandal, I went back to the dealer and collected the car without undergoing the service. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating, since the counterfoil of my third free service is still existing in my book and has not been detached.

I would like the following to be investigated. How are the computer records showing that I have done my third service when the counterfoil is still with me.? The computer records shows that the service was done at 9000 Kns in January 2008, whereas in reality I had completed only 6000 Kms in June 2008

How is it that the dealer in Bhavnagar had my entire personal details to fill up the job card in January 2008 including chassis no and engine no? 4 Why is the dealer at Baroda insisting on a paid service inspite of the fact that all the details were explained to him ?

This obviously shows that some other car has been given the advantage of free service using my personal details. This will be a part of a much bigger racket which will have to be investigated thoroughly. I am taking up the matter with the consumer forums and also with the M.D of Maruti Suzuki.

Bad experience
There is a noise in piller of my car. The service people of maruti are not able to solve my problem and head office of maruti not taken any action until yet their engineer has no time to solve the complaint of customer. Every time i am complaining their engg says i am coming tomorrow, but from last month no tomorrow comes.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
This is to bring to your notice the no efforts of your franchisee showroom- Alliance Automobiles, Safdarjung, New Delhi in cancellation of New Alto car. They are delaying it from last 20 days of cancellation and withholding the amount of one lakh ten thousand with them.Every time they give new date ,but never keep their promise and not returning the money
