I had given my swift for repairs on the 19/10/2009, which was to be serviced within 4days. After 4 days the staff at ARYA CARS kept telling me about staff problems at there end & they would deliver the car at 12noon . After waiting till 2pm they would tell me it was being delivered at 6 in the evening. They never had the coutesy to even call back & inform that it was not being delivered. For the past 5 days I am being subjected to this bizare behavior. Today when they finally delivered the car at 2.30 I was out, { after waiting for more than 2hrs for them} the driver refused to leave the car. THe boss I dont know who, said he needed cash payment right now. I requested him that I can make payment at 5.30pm & to please leave the car since I had to go to the airport. He said it is against the companies policies to deliver without payment & took back the car. After harassing me for 5 days, with arrogant rude replies, not ready to give me the name of the person whom I am speaking to, waisting my time waiting for the swift they made me feel so cheap. If this is the companies policy its a sik company with no care for customers. He could have kept the papers of my car against paymeent. If Maruti Suzuki considers itself a standar company having any reputation they better appoint proper service agents & take an advance before touxching the vehicle.
The behavior of ARYA CArs has caused me a lot of stress & inconvenience shuttling around in a city with no proper public conveyance. I had a filthy experience with people so cheap for a petty amount of RS 8418/-
