Respected sir,
my name is jay deep Singh i am the owner of swift dz ire DL 4c am 2438.its on my mothers name Mrs Sunita with a very sad note i would like to tell you what i am going through from past 8 months related to, y car.unfortunately i met with an accident almost 8 months back but i was more unfortunate when i took my car to Maruti sales and service Nariana.when i went there i had to undergo all yhe pain to get my car repaired.they gave me the time period of 1 month which is quite a good time to get things fixed.i requested them to givemy car asap.agreed that MSSD nariana is one of the busiest stations in new Delhi.
after a month when i went there i was really shocked that work done by them was just like the work done by the ordinary workshop which is not at all upto the reputation of maruti Suzuki
1. the doors was not aligned properly
2. bonnet was not aligned properly
3.seats were Torned
4.interiors were scratched ruthlessly from inside
5.things were missing from the car
6.wiper nozzles were not in correct position
i tried and told them to correct up to my knowledge.as so they did it also but not completely.after a month wen i went for second free service i noticed that the painted portion was started getting YELLOW Wwhich is just a rubbish thing.i went back again to MSSD NARIANA. i dealt with mr khanna(insurance dept)he assure me that whenever u will come for the 3 free service you can ask he service advisor to inform him regarding the same.so i did that also but work was not up to my satisfaction .
on top of that 2 months back was a complete rainy season water was dripping from the left side of dashboard which is all stupidity and made me angry to write about all this.3 free service was dome by mr vijay bhadur.this guy really helped me a lot i think you should appreciate him.
with this experience i am not at all interested in recommending maruti Suzuki car to any of my friends, relatives any other of my known one
so as an executive officer i would really request you to look into this matter and with your experienced team i would request you to give the positive response the moment you read all this.we dont want gifts and all from your side.i would really appreciate if you can get my car fixed properly.
