i was able to book my car after great requests and persuasionon 27.9.10 maruti swift desire vxi
after great follow up like WITH OLD TOME old ration shop, got the car on 21.2.10
was advised that car no will be arranged from RTO, all money including fancy service charges paid in advance.
was contacted on 25.2.10 to bring the car, (had informed in advance that i will use car that day)that was the only day i used my car, since i was sitting in L&T.i could not make it.
i have tears in my eyes, i have been asking to take car from my house at my cost to RTO, but to no avail.
on 4.2.10, the details were taken with carbon papers, but to no avail,
suddenly, i get a phone call on 9.2.10 morning at 9.30 am to bring the car for RTO,
and was told the person from maruti dealer M/S amar Car, that he forgot to phone me on Monday, i offered them, to take it, from my house, since i was away from my home and car was parked there.
i simply get phone cal from customer relationship department, asking about the performance of car or the first service due.
but when i narrate my tragic story, i am informed that i will get a call from the manager, but then you never receive a call.
the quality of manpower is poor.
customers are not allowed to meet the Director of company Mr. Amar Thakkar
PERHAPS MARUTI WILL REPENT AFTER SOMETIME, WHEN A CUSTOMER BASE would vanish
ONE SHOULD EAT, HOW MUCH ONE CAN CHEW, THE DEALER WANTS TO COLLECT MONEY FOR SELLING CAR, BUT ARE NOT CONCERNED AFTER THAT.
PERHAPS THE MANAGERS OF MARUTI MARKETING HAVE NOT ASSESED THEIR DEALER, WHO CANNOT HANDLE THESE MUCH CARS.
BETTER REDUCE THE MONTHLY OFFTAKE, APPOINT TWO NEW SMALL DEALERS AND SEE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE.
OUR ANOTHER CAR WHICH IS SERVICED BY YOU IS FACING THE SAME FATE.
I AM CONVINCED, ALL OF US SHOULD NOT GO AL GA GA ABOUT MARUTI, BUT ALWAYS GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT BEFORE BUYING A NEW A CAR.
I HAVE WRITTEN IN BRIEF BUT THIS WILL BE CASE STUDY, FOR MANAGEMENT STUDENTS AND NEW JOINEES / FUTURE BUYERS IN COMPANIES.
