service complaint
sir,
I serviced my car maruti swift TN-20-AR-2444 as on 16th may 2011 for general service because i had to go on a pilgrims journey to mangalore. They did full service and i was charged a total of Rupees.14, 694 and according to the mechanics suggestions over the telephone, i changed the battery, oil(engine, crude, etc..). And i asked him to change the bed of the engine for that he told there is no stock. The service was done by ABT Maruti Service Center, Guindy. I service my car regularly at that center only. But i'm not satisfied with the service. pls do the needful.

delay in service
my car was acciedented on 8-4-2011 . I PUT MY CAR AT MADHUSUDAN MOTOR AGRA ON 8-4-2011 . I CONTACT WORKS MANAGER TO FULFILL ALL FORMALTIES FOR INSURANCE AND COMPLETED ON 11-4-2011 . BUT MY CAR IS NOT COMPLETED EVEN MANAGER TOLD ME TO INSUFICENT OF PARTS . I FACING VERY TROUBLE WITHOUT MY CAR .PLESE FORWARD MY COMPLAIND TO MARUTI CO.THAT WHAT ARE THEIR SERVICE .HOW CAN A BUSINES MAN CAN MANAGE, HIS WORK WITHOUT VEHICLE

Raj Autowheels Truevalue ke Manager Mr. Dinesh ne sahi car bata kar hume di, Lakin car drive karte waqtcar ke ander jor se sunai deta hai jis karanbalance nhi ban pata, jab maine gadi Raj Autowheels mai check karwai to bataya ki yeh car accidential hai aur isme bearing aur tyres mai problem hai jabke hume car purchagr kiye hue 10 din hue hai. Aur jab humne car change karne ko keha to hame keha gaya 50, 000 rupees kam vapas milenge. So plz request to uSolve my problem.

problem in Gear Box
Dear sir

We had purchased Maruti Swift on 8th June 2005 from Rohan Motors Ltd. My Car No. is DL 3CAD4122.
We have been facing problem in shifting Gears especially 1st Gear from the first day of purchase. This problem has been told a number of times to the service centres but has not yet been solved till date. According to Service station engineers this problem is from company side.

Please advice us what to do.

poor service
Dear Sir,
My self Saleem, abusiness man at Kottakal.I woluld like to raise a serious issue regarding service center at calicut Indus.
Two week back I have taken my car ( KL-55 B 33- Swift) to the service centre for total service for gear and clucth, and the billed amount of Rs.17600. But end of the day total damage to car Cluth plate burned up. Before Maruti service centre where good enough for customewr satisfaction...now am scared I have talked to the service manger also but no Use .Request you to kindly consider this matter seriously, I have taken one more Car Ritz days month back, am now worried about that service also...Pls.condider the matter seriouly

delay in repair and service
I met with an accident on 4th May 09. The same day my car Maruti Swift was sent to the service sation at LMJ, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, but still i.e. after two months the car has not been returned or repaired. Kindly revert on this ASAP as this is getting grave. My email ID is [email protected].

getting rusting
sub; getting rusting of my swift (vdi) car. i have purchase my swift car on 05/02/2008, Reg num; AP 31 AU 8778, Chassis num ; 279282, the vehicle got rust on the following parts ... (1) left side of the booth doors .( in this left back door go hole with rust ). (2) Inside the fenders (chasis/body) (3) Bonnet front (4) Back dicky door and hinges and clamps of dickey boor. i have taken photos of the rusted area of the car, i want to send the photos of the car to the company, for that i need the email id or a contact number of the consorned officer to assist me in this matter immideatly, if not i shall proceed leagelly, waiting for ur reply. Excessive delay in delivery Of Swift
Dear Mr Khattar

I am writing this letter with reference to a booking done in my name for a Maruti Swift VXI model on 01 Jun 09 with Hira Automobiles Patiala.

The dealer has constantly reasoned me about the cause of delay in delivery stating that delay is due to Maruti Suzuki.

Upon enquiring from your sales manager of the area Mr Paliwal I was told that the same but he promised speedy delivery

I would like to bring to your notice that your employer has been telling me that if you compromise on colour choice (in this case my choice is azure grey) i may get my car faster

This has brought serious dobt in my mind about flaws in your sales and marketing organisation
I would request that somebody senior should inquire about the same

Untraceable problem
I'M A OWNER OF MARUTI SWIFT VDI AND FROM THE DAY 1 I PUCHASED THE CAR, I'M FACING PROBLEMS IN IT.

ON 27TH JULY MY CAR DID'NT START IN THE MORNING AND I TOOK THE SAME ON MONDAY THE 28TH TO SPARSH AUTOMOBILES HERE AT RAIPUR FROM WHOM I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE'S ALL PROBLEMS WERE TOLD TO THEM AND WAS TAKEN FOR RECTIFICATION OF PROBLEMS BY THEIR WORKSHOP. AS ON DATE THEY ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM AND HAVE TRIED SO MANY OPERATIONS ON THE CAR. AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE SOME ARE HEREUNDER:

FIRSTLY ON WEDNESDAY THEY SAID THAT THE E.C.M IS NOT WORKING SO HAVE TO CALL FOR 1 FROM MARUTI UDYOG LTD - GURGAON AND THEY CALLED FOR. AFTER MY REGULAR PHONECALLS AND FOLLOWUP DAILYTHEY GAVE ME A POD NO OF OVERNITE EXPRESS COURIER TO ME SAYING THAT ITS COMING BY THIS. I FOLLOWED UP WITH COURIER PEOPLE AND THE ECM WAS DELIVERED. AFTER THE CHANE OF ECM THE PROBLEM WAS AGAIN THERE, NOW THEY SAID ITS A WIRING PROBLEM AND THEY ARE CHANGING THE COMPLETE WIRING OF THE VEHICLE. EVEN AFTER DOING THIS, THE PROBLEM WAS THERE, NOW THEY SAID THAT ITS SOME SWITCH PROBLEM AND SOME FUSE. EVEN AFTER CHANGING THEM TOO THE PROBLEM PERSISITED. NOW THEY CALLED FOR THE ORIGIONAL SECOND KEY OF THE VEHICLE FROM ME SAYING THAT ITS THE KEY PROBLEM, ON MY TAKING IT TOO IN FRONT OF THEM AND USING A FRESH KEY, IT DID'NT WORK.

NOW YESTERDAY AFTER MY TALK WITH THE WORKS MANAGER THERE I REQUESTED HIM TO CALL FOR A SERVICE ENGINEER FROM MARUTI AND MAYBE HE CAN TRACE THE PROBLEM BUT THEIR REPLY WAS THAT UNTILL AND UNLESS WE FINALLY FAIL IN TRACING PROBLEMS, WE CANNOT CALL THEM. NOW THEY HAVE AGAIN CALLED FOR SOME PART FROM MARUTI UDYOG AND THINK THAT IT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM AND WILL TRY TO RECTIFY PROBLEM CHANGING THAT.

MY COMPLAINT IS THAT AFTER SO MANY OPERATIONS / CHANGES IN THE VEHICLE, THE WORKSHOP PEOPLE HERE ARE UNABLE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND ARE DOING ALL PRACTICALS WITH MY CAR. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT THERE WAS SOME FAULT IN A LOT OF SWIFT MANUFACTURED BY MARUTI LAST YEAR AND MY VEHICLE IS OF THE SAME LOTT. EVEN MY SUSPENSION WAS NOT CHANGED AFTER A CALL FROM THEIR END ONLY SAYING THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE LOTT AND WANT THE VEHICLE IN WORKSHOP FOR CHANGE / CHECK. I THINK MARUTI UDYOG AVE A PUBLIC AWARENESS ADVERTISEMENTS ALSO IN MEDIA REGARDING THIS. AFTER THAT I AM REGULARILY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SOUND WHILE DRIVING FROM THE BACK OF THE CAR. EVEN AT THIS COMPLAINT TIME ALSO I HAD TOLD THEM TO CHECK AND RECTIFY THE OLD PROBLEM TOO.

I FEEL I'M IN PROBLEM AS THERE IS NO CONCRETE SOLUTION YET ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.

Autocard
Hi,

I was issued AUTOCARD by MARUTI/CITIBANK on purchase of MARUTI SWIFT VXi. Since about a year I have accumulated close to 2000 points on the card. Under normal circumstances, the points can be redeemed for many things, But in this case, CITIBANK is refusing to redeem stating that Maruti company will redeem the points for purchase of parts or getting the vehicle serviced at a Maruti authorized dealership. When I took my car for service and offered to redeem the points, the authorized dealer Sagar Automobiles declined to redeem. When I called the Maruti Autocard helpline, they again said that the points can be redeemed at the dealership or at Indianoil petrol pump. WHen I showed the card to the Indian Oil petrol dealer, he said, he cannot redeem the points. Well so much so for loyalty. I live in Bangalore and have been denied of much promised redemption.
