DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CAR
Sir, i had booked a maruti swift vdi on the following dealer

BHATIA & COMPANY, 23-24B, SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIAL AREA, KOTA-324007

I booked the vehicle on 28th feb 2011 ith the name of "PRAVEEN KUMAR SHARMA" and the company had committed to give the delivery within 4-6 weeks. now its 22nd april and still no response is coming. we had already tell them that we had marriage function on 5th may an d we need the vehicle latest by 15th april. They r demanding the complete payment in advance after that they will give the vehicle in 4-5 days but it is not possible. we r saying that take the money and deliver the car. so help us out as no such terms r declared at time of booking now at time of delivery they r giving new stories. its a marruiage case so plz look into this with priority.

THE BIGGER PART IS MY OWN BROTHER ON WHOSE NAME VEHICLE IS BOOKED IS A EMPLOYEE OF MARUTI IN GURGAON MANUFACTURING BRANCH.

leakage of oil from chamber

After 1 st service we have found oil leakage problem inspite of regular remind the dealer of oil leakage he has no able to fix the problem
Actually there is Manufactoring defect but the dealer is not
respondinding properly.i have visited the dealer more than 10 times always they say to come another day so i request u to replace the oil chamber of my car immidiatly other wise i will foricely to take some legal action .

I have booked Maruti Swift vdi white on 03.03.2010 at marketing times automobiles pvt. ltd . At the time of the booking i have been told that I will get the delievery in 3 months time. .Now after booking, it is 7 months past .Till now i havnt recieved the delievery..

I am Ajay agrawal from janjgir purchased one Maruti swift vdi in jun2009 registration no cg 11c 9500 from your authorised dealer based in bilaspur (satya auto ). in last 15th may my car was accident, I had informed to dealer at korba (satya auto) same day but they didnt respond.i send my car trough my own source. i submitted all paper which is required in accident claim.

Subsequently, I had sent my car on the 19th of May'09 after giving all the details of the jobs to be done. Sir, I stay in a remote place and it is not possible for me to come to korba every now n then. I am very very disappointed with the after sales service of yours authorized dealer. I am regretting for buying a vehicle from Maruti Udyog limited. but the response is very poor.on the 5th of june my car is untouched in your service centre Overall, I had a very poor experience with satya auto korba I am surprised, being such a reputed company, how can you have dealers like this, who doe snot even understand the job or does not want to understand and is not customer friendly. We had purchased Maruti Swift on 29.AUGUST, 200 from Vipul Motors (P) Ltd, 27/5 Mathura Road Faridabad . My Car No. is HR -51 – AF -3510

We have been facing problem in Break & Engine abnormal noise especially from January 2010. This problem has been told a number of times to the service centres but has not yet been solved till date. According to Service station engineers this problem is in 90% swift vehicles, but, we are not accepting the same and this has to be resolved as early as possible.

Please advice us what to do.

Unhappy warranty service
Hello sir,
My name is Bahadur singh live in patiala (punjab). I bought a car from hira autos in may 2008. Regular serviced. working fine. but recently we service from them in nov last 2009 after that we have problem with clutch cylender likage n they replace it free of cost but they charge us for fluid. which spose to be not charged becouse its under warrenty and the fluid leeked becouse of cylender leekage and i am not wrighting this to you coz of Rs. 300 just becouse of service that we have got. AC Fan Blower Smell
I have purchased Maruti Swift VDI and its now 6 months old. Now I am getting very smell in fan blower for one or two minutes when I start the vehicle. During my second service, i have told the same to Maruti technician, for which he has advised since the vehicle is new there will be plastic smell and asked me to run the AC without Blower keeping on.

I am not happy with the feedback what he has given, since the smell was not there for first 5 months and I have checked in other swift car also.

Can someone tell me the reason for the bad smell.

COMPLAINT AGAINST MARUTI DEALER
i purchased a maruti swift VDI on 26 june this year from a dealer named BABA AUTOS in Ferozepur(Punjab).first of all i paid the total amount of the vehicle in advance, even then i struggled to get it after 35 days.
the major thing i suffered was on insurance.i got my insurance done through ALL NDIA ASSURANCE COMPANY LTD which has a tie up with MARUTI INDIA for its vehicle insurance.i got my insurance done on the same date when i purchased the car and the payment was made in cash the same day to the dealer.unfortunately i met with a minor accident on 27 july 2009 in delhi and gave my car for repair to pasco motors gurgaon.as i had already got my insurance done from ALL INDIA ASSURANCE COMPANY, i was told that i am eligible for a cashless claim policy under the insurance cover but when finally i was to collect my vehicle after the repair on 29 july 2009, i came to know that the money i had paid to the dealer for my vehicle insurance has still not been deposited with the insurance company and thus my insurance still stands null.and i am just holding a document(insurance policy) which actually doesn't covers my vehicle insurance.i had to pay the full amount in cash to pasco motors.
and when confirmed from BABA AUTOS, i was told that they have deposited the cheque for my vehicle insurance on 27 july 2009. that means the dealer was earning interest on the amount i had paid him for insuring my vehicle for complete one month and i was practically speaking driving an uninsured vehicle and i am still not sure that he has deposited this cheque because i hold no proof for the same, i just have the insurance policy document with me.
i cannot expect such a pathetic service from a maruti dealer
BABA AUTOS FEROZEPUR(PUNJAB) are hopeless in terms of customer service, something not expected from a maruti dealer. being a banker i know the importance of relationships but i think maruti still needs to be taught on this

would never recommend anyone to go for maruti vehicle and definately not for insurance through maruti dealers.
i hope maruti suzuki india would think of doing something about this

I have bought a Swift VDI 2 months back. I have done the first service
at Rana Monotors, delhi. I had a very bad experience there, (they put
petrol engine oil into my diesel car) Since I have noticed it, after
several arguements they changed it. Anyway now the problem is a lot
black particles (powder)are coming from the emission pipe. My white
swift's back side is now almost black. What is the reason? I have always
driven the vehicle at speed of 60-80Kmph. Maintained the rpm under 2500.
Using only premium diesel.Kindly let me know the reason. I was having a
Swift Vxi earlier, and with great expectation I bought this diesel
swift. But I am totaly disappointed now. Please solve this. Also even in
highways it gives only 16-17 and in city 13Kmpl Thanks and Regards Baiju

Dear Sirs:

As per your directions, I went to Rana Motors and the engineer from
Maruti was there. He checked my vehicle and then asked the mechanic
to clean the intercooler and nozzles. (that's what I understood) He
told me it would be better If I change the engine oil, I immediately
said to change the engine oil also. (they charged me for the oil.)
After these exercises also the vehicle infront of the techincal team
emitted a lot of black smoke at an rpm of 3200 and it incresed as you
hike the rpm. The Engineer told me that it is because of the
particles already in the emission pipe. This should be alright after
100Kms. I drove another 600kms and given the vehicle for Second
service. This morning I went for a pollution Check up and my car
failed in the pollution check up. Again the same thing even at 2800
rpm the vehicle emits thick black smoke.

As you are aware in a city like Delhi nobody can drive the car more
than 2000rpm. So I couldn't notice this.

Frankly speaking I fed up with this vehicle and the way you have
treated my case. I cannot take leave everyday and take this vehicle
to the dealer for inspection.

It is 100% sure that it is a mechanical fault (my mileage is
12-13kmpl) Either solve my problem ASAP or else take this car back
and pay for my troubles.

After spending 5.5 Lakhs for car and a carfull of troubles.

Dear Sirs:

I am extremely sorry to tell you that my car problem is not yet solved. This is the 4th time I am reporting the same complaint. From my swift VDi which is hardly three month old a lot of black smoke is coming. Last time your engineers said its because of fuel. they just removed a tank full of diesel from my car and put BG additive. Once the effect of additive gone again the same black smoke is there. I am sure you have given me a faulty engine. If I am not getting justice from you immediately, I will definitely report this to PRESS and conumer court. Please try to understand in this three months I went six times to the workshop. Please do the needful ASAP

I am forwarding the communication between MUL and me.

My problem till this date not solved. Today after several repeated
calls to your engineer Mr. Vivek, he asked me to bring the vehicle to
Rana Motors for EGR and Turbo inter cooler fin cleaning. They have
already done this last time. But no result. This is the 3rd time I
am going there for the same complaint. And no one from Maruti
responded to my e-mail which I sent on July 25th 2008, Rana Motors
Manager Mr. Srivastava and engineer promised me that they will arrange
the delivery of the vehicle by today evening 7PM. Now I got a call
from them that they couldn't finish the work. Again when spoke to Mr.
Vivek his advice is take the vehicle today then bring it some otherday
( after wasting the whole day) I do not understand this. I really
fed up with the dealer and MUL.. If you are not intersted to solve my
problem, please let me know. I cannot spent my time for your hit and
try method. If it is a mechanical fault take it to your factory and
fix it. Ottherwise compensate me and take this stupid car back. Who
will pay for my money and time spend on this car? If I am not getting
justice in 24 hrs time I will definitely bring this matter to Consumer
court. I have proof for everything.
The stupid engineers at Rana put petrol engine oil to my vehicle at
the first service. I reported this matter to you but nothing
happened.
