Poor paid servicing
I recently got my ALTO car serviced at Uma Motors (authorised maruti service centre) in Mathura. I gave the car at 0930h in the morning on 27 Jun 2011. There were specific things required to be done namely The boot used to open on its own hence it required to be repaired, AC gas was to be checked, a door had a rattling noise and a tail light had to be changed. In the evening at 1730h when I went to pick up my car I found that the AC gas was not yet checked.and was assured that the everything had been done/ repaired. I paid Rs 2000 for the servicing. Initially I was told that I would not get a bill as the machine was not working. When I made a little NOISE the machine started to work by MAGIC !! As per the paid servicing polish was also part of the deal but in the evening I had to run around to get someone to wipe the polish as it seemed everyone was in a hurry to pack up Next day enroute to Delhi the boot opened on its own five times !! The rattling in the door continued. .I was indeed horrified to see the callous attitude of the staff at UMA MOTORS, MATHURA seems its time to change the car and the brand where one gets some service and its not PURE BUSINESS !! Improper functioning of air conditioner
Dear Sir,
i have bought a maruti suzuki swift VXI model on 16th May 2010
There is a defect in the functioning of the air conditioner and i do not get proper cooling. I complained it to the dealer from whom i bought it. They sent their personnel for checking. But it seems that the personnel sent by them are improper and they force on us that there is no problem with the air conditioning. This has happened 4 times. Now i am fed up with this problem . Kindly help me for my problem. I am even ready to pay for a new A/C .

harrasment by the distributor
I am booked a swift car on 21 january 2011, and i also pay the advance booking payment and the dealers said to me your car is delivered in 2 or 3 month at the booking time my booking serial number on the distributor list is 29 and after 2 months i come back in dealers office and they saw to me your car is not delivered u wait for next month but i saw how much car deliv ered in 2 months they said to me only 2 cars is delivered n two month and i requested to him please gave m the booking list of your agency so they can't gave the booking list . but at that time the booking time is over than 3 months an 21 days please be cleared which is delivered my car

POOR QUALITY USED IN NEW CARS
I bought a new Wagon R VXI Black from Maruti Dealer T.R Sawhney on the 18th November 2010.I did my first and second services from them .No complaint were reported in the car by them . On Tuesday 5th april while driving, I changed the gear by pressing the clutch, and slowly releasing the clutch and pressing the accelerator, the car did not move. I was quite worried since I was climbing Modi Flyer over .Anyway I put the hand brakes and carefully took the card towards the left . Since I had no other number, I called Maruti Dealer T.R Sawhney . They sent their engineer within 45 mints . When the engineer came, he saw the engineer and said ! - What madam where did u get your car serviced, I told him i have got the first two services done at your place . The engineer said that he will have to drive the car to the workshop slow .Since I was getting late for work, and I assumed this is a trusted Maruti Dealer T.R Sawhney and I told the engineer to inform me what happens . I took an auto to office (paid for the engineer's travel fare as well) .Within 10 mints I get a call from the engineer saying my car will have to be towed to the workstation ... IMAGINE A 6 MONTH OLD CAR WITH STILL THE COVERED WRAPPED HAD TO BE TOWED, He said the tow charges will be Rs 800. I agreed and asked him to take the car . After 4 hours I get a call from the Maruti Dealer T.R Sawhney stating that the bearing and clutch was worn away and i have pay RS 7000. I was shocked not because of the money but because of the PARTS USED BY MARUTI . Within 6 months the parts needed replacement . I asked the engineer to start work . Its been THREE Days and still have not got the car . TO my SURPRISE, the dealer has informed me that the part is NOT AVAILABLE AND I WILL GET THE CAR ONCE THE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE . I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR A MODEL UNDER PRODUCTION AND IN A WARRANTY. CAN A REPESENTATIVE OF MARUTI EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS GOING ON . HAVE I MADE A VERY BAD CHOICE OF USING MARUTI .I FELL I AM CHEATED BY MARUTI . The dealer is very clear, he blames MAURTI for the failure. I request you to take immediate action explain as to why the car under warranty dos not have spare parts in stock

Differnce of Road Tax
I Mr. Sanjay Tatuskar have been purchased Ritz VDI in My Mother's name Smt. Sudha Tatuskar on 07/03/2011 from your Hubli Dealer RNS Motors, Invoice Nos. VSL10003177, and i have paid the total amount of Rs.5, 70, 000.00 this is price is including Road Tax, Insurance i.e on Road Price, after 1 month i have been to RNS Motors for the Permanent Registration now those people are saying me to pay the difference or Extra amount of Road Tax of Rs.7348.00, What is the us e of paying in advance for 1month, So this is my personal request to save my difference amount.

WAGON R DUO PROBLEM
I am also facing the problem because I had bought a Wagon R LXI duo for the past 18 month from Bimal Automobile Bangalore but the mileage complaint has not been rectified. I think only 8km when I run on gas and 10km on petrol. I think they from maruti co. cheat anyone for money.

I purchased the vehicle just couple of months before and observed some quality faults in the vehicle i.e. tremendous noise from back seat & boot lifting handle alignement. After consultation with dealer came to know that the seats needs to be replaced and they have no solution for boot lifting handle so they informed manufacturer.

Water getting logged below the floor mat.
Water getting logged below the floor mat. This has caused severe bad smell in my vehicle. I am not able to travel with my A/C On. I have given my vehicle three times, with the same compliant. But still the issue persists. The dealer has already charges nearly 3500rs towards service. My vehicle is just two years old. If this is the situation for a new vehicle, how do I trust this brand. You should understand that this is my 3rd Maruti vehicle.

The Body of the car has started rusting at different places. The rust is flowing rather. I had a word with Painting expert and in his opinion the car is noty painted as per specification.

Avoid Maruti Udyog Limited at all costs
I have visited the mananautolink-usmanpura -ahmedabad for the inspection of my sx4 whh has some knocking problem in the engine and hard gear shifting. the person incharge took me for trial from the work shop and after returning he told me everythinh is ok. I will do greesing of the gear within ten minutes. I was waitng till half an hour, nobody gave any information regarding my car. Then I myself inquired thw the car was brough from service section to delivery area. I immidiately notice that ther was dent and abrassion just above the right front wheel . I informed him immidiately. He immidiately alleged me without inquiry that it was already there and misbehaved with me. He even relactant to give me the complain book which was without page number. He refused to repair it.
