SWIFT DEISEL VDI
I have bought a new swift deisel vdi from marui spectra motors and took delivery of the same on 30/06/09 but to my surprise just on the 7th day from the purchase and travelling a mere 150 km the hazard light started flickering automatically, I went to spectra motors borivali east and was told that its a problem with the EMC, there is water inside there and needs to be checked, on the next consequtive day i was told that there is a minute gap from which water is percolating inside from the wind screen and needs to be sealed the whole dash board was removed and the sealing process was done twice or thrice and i had to keep my car with them for 4 days from 08/07/09 to 11/07/09 finally i was told that this thing will not happen again and the car was delivered to me, now again on the 13/07/09 the problem has started, ihad already lodged a complaint with maruti on 11/07/09 but there was no reply from their side, now i again called spectra motors and they are telling me to again keep the car with them they will thoroughly check and repair the fault .I am really not able to understand why i should bear all this, i spoke with the customer care ms . vaishali and asked for replacement of a new car as this is the fault of maruti, no quality control has been done, but she says that we cannot replace the car we can only repair it, now i feel cheated and am against keeping this car with me, i just want a new car without any problems which is my right, as even if i carry on with this car there is no surety as to that this problem will not arise again . now i want to really fight it out because i am not at fault and still it is i who is suffering, and maruti on the other hand is not bothered to even reply . pls do the needful at its earliest or otherwise i will compelled to take the necessary action from my side
