I am not satisfied with new car
I am not satisfied with new car because when I used and I went to hill station on the way some time it was running well and some time it was showing missing same problems a lot of time.

Careless attitude by service personnel at RNS motors
Careless attitude by service personnel at RNS motors yashwantpur Bangalore despite repeated complaints about abnormal sound near front wheel while driving on inclination or turning the vehicle since 2 years. During last visit i was told it is due problem with driving shaft which needs to be changed and it is not covered under extended warranty because once boot has been changed on the same side. I kept on telling same compliant to each and everyone who have been attending my vehicle since 2nd free service and it was brushed off as some mud in suspension nothing major.
Even i told about unusually smooth clutch action/play an year ago which was also neglected and i had to pay for changing the clutch assembly.
I am wondering is it manufacturing defect? or deficient service from reputed maruti company and its chain of sales service outlets?

Just a month after purchase its color started wearing away despite best possible care
I purchased black colour alto six months back, just a month later (AFTER PURCHASE) its colour started wearing away despite best possible care, colour is getting scratched even with a slightest touch.im feeling terrible, please pursue my complaint.

Abnormal noise while braking
Abnormal noise while braking. My car is brand new and i have done only 3700 kms. The service dealers are not competent enough to find out the fault or may be it is a manufacturing defect.

I am facing rattling noise issue
I had been reprorting rattling noise from dashboar, windows, RH/LH pillars ffor more than 2.5 years and the vehicle has been taken for rectification but so far it has not been done. When 2 years warranty was about to expire i was given extended warranty but this has alo come to an end and still problem is not solved.
Still I am facing rattling noise issue. Could someone look into it or let me know where to escalate the issue.

Avoid them like a plague
I had purchased this Wagon R LXI duo on 7th May 2008.I feel very sorry to say that I am offered a rusty vehicle.Because of this rustiness provided for a worth 4 lakh Vehicle purchased from Millinium Mobillity (Pune).Immediately after my 1st free service 3 to 4 parts got rusted and very replaced under warranty.Now my vehicle is due for my 2nd free service to be done at Excelautovista (kalina-mumbai).It is observed that the drive shafts both sides have rusted heavily and I want them to be replaced under warranty with immediate effect.For a new gvehicle which has covered merely 1000kms this things are occuring.If not then I request you to exchange with a new Wagon R LXI DUO and take this vehicle Pls call me on 9819752454 if required before it all occurs legally.

Wheel axle towards the side that had got damaged due to accident was bent and was not replaced while doing the accidental repairs
I had got my car repaired for accidental damage from M/s Rohan Motors Ltd, Ghaziabad in the month of Jan 2008. Post delivery of vehicle was not performing satisfactorily. On inspection by another Maruti authorised workshop it was found that wheel axle towards the side that had got damaged due to accident was bent and was not replaced while doing the accidental repairs.
I kept following with the M/s Rohan Motors for about a month but got no response. Post that I posted my concern on Maruti s website and got auto generated message confirming receipt of my complaint. I again wrote to Maruti after I did not get any revert for 4 days and I was asked to rewrite the whole story once again, which I did.
Its been over a week and I am yet to get any revert for the same.

Till date i haven't had any feedback from them
After i bought my car, accidently one day i just happened to notice one defect which was very obvious at the first look. i.e when you happen to look at the roof of the car fron the front or the back you will see that there is a big gap between the top roof beading and the door. I noticed that in my car one side was perfect and the other side had a big gap. It initially gave me a feeling that this car had met with some accident and the door panel had been distorted which created this gap.
So during the first service, I brought this to the notice of the service guy. But later in the day he called me and said that this defect was there in all the swift cars and he infact even showed a few cars which were there in the showroon and all had this defect.
Im really shocked that such a defect had been missed out by maruti udyog who claim to be best in delivering quality product. This is really bad and something has to be done to rectify this. Or I should get a replacement car which doesnt have this problem.
I bought this car from INDUS MOTORS, Kalamassery, Cochin, Kerala. The dealers have told me that they will take it up with Maruti Udyog, but till date i havent had any feedback from them.

Water getting inside the car and gets logged in the rear side
After about two month of purchase, when the monsoon started we have noticed that water getting inside the car and gets logged in the rear side. On 8th May 2007 we brought this matter into the dealer’s attention and it is been serviced at the dealer workshop.
The vehicle is already due for 2nd free service and on September 20th we have found the same problem (water getting inside) and taken to the same workshop. The workshop folks said, it is not serviceable by them and it is been taken to their head office workshop.

Facing the same problem since last 2 years
After only six months of purchase of Maruti Esteem (xvi) we have been facing countinous problem of Central Locking system ( it gets unlocked automatically), though we have get it repaired so many times through your Service Centre Sikand & Co. (Okhla) but we are facing the same problem again and again and very disappointed
Even after so many compaints we are not getting any positive response from your side which is heavily expected and facing the same problem since last 2 years.
