Since the day I have purchased this vehicle, I have been complaining about low average
Since the day I have purchased this vehicle, I have been complaining about low average. However, M/s Rohan Motors, Noida, have failed to find a resolution to the problem. Multiple visits and request have prooved no good. I am very frustrated and would be complaining to consumer court for a compensation...as I have lost thousands on Fuel.

I would request M/s Maruti Udyog Ltd. to have a technician visit arranged at my place, as the technicians from Rohan are not trained to handle the situation. Technicians from Rohan have visited my place multiple number of times, but have failed to resolve the problem.

Maruti is just cheating people by issuing the auto cards and claiming such high loyalty bonuses
I had opted for the Maruti Auto card in June 2006 because of the offer of upto 20000 loyalty exchange points on exchange of old maruti car with new one. I exchanged my old omni with a new esteem, the sales person of maruti autocard draws and shows me a chart and calculates and tells me that i will get only 5000 points. When i asked where is all this calculation shown in the booklet that you had provided, he had no answer. When I spoke to his higher level manager he says that they have published it in the new booklet which probably i dont have. On top on that, Mr Manish Khanduja who is the Manager at Regional Level says to the sales person, that the customer will fight for a week and then keep quite. This is really disgusting. Maruti is just cheating people by issuing the auto cards and claiming such high loyalty bonuses.

They do not want to accept that it is due to some manufacturing defect
We bought a ZEN LX in October 2004 from Karnal Motors. Some flakes of the paint starts removing from the roof and the bonnet since last six months. We did the complaint in Chandigarh Regional Office, Sector 7, but they only made excuses like some acid might have fallen on it or due to the shit of the crow or due to some paint remover. We also did the complaint in Karnal Motors but the result was the same. They do not want to accept that it is due to some manufacturing defect.

A brand new car - goes for servicing
A brand new car - goes for servicing, slight noise there when you steer towards the left. The service station guys say there is a leak in the power steering column & it would be ready in a days time.

After frequent calls to the service station, dealer & Maruti - Regional Manager get to hear that there is a manufacturing defect & they are trying to source a part from Gurgao. 5 days now - havent seen the car back, have had no confirmation from anyone about when I do get the car back.

Have already registered a complaint with Maruti call centre & on their we-site, still no reverts.

This is to bring to your notice the defective piece sold to me on the above date. It has been parked in my garage ever since. Its last visit to your Service Engineer from Delhi was on 8/11/2004. He reported some technical problem in ECV which he said is out of stock etc, before this they had some other rationale, as a customer I am least interested in such stories. It has only been used in one or two occasions in last seven months as it has been stopping more than moving itself, hence has to be parked.

Since day one I am not happy with the A/C performance of my car
Since day one I am not happy with the A/C performance of my car. The problem is after switching on the A/C it works for about 10 minutes after which dosen;t cut in. In fact whenever I want to use, it dosent work which I have experienced on 6-8 occasions, when I had to travel long distance. I had been to dealership for 3-4 times and every time they gave me back my vehicle saying "now its repaired". First time they could not detect the fault, the cood down temp could reach only upto 15 degree in 3 minutes as against I guess 8-10 degree. Second time they called your service engineer declared now its repaired, last time it was during third serivice I again requested to attend to the fault without sucess.

I beg to state that I Mr. A. Raja Rao faithfully customer last few years of your company. In 06-06-2006 I purchase a Wagoner Lxi model OR05-X-6030 Chassis no.: 417122 Engine No.: 4240789 Color: Carbine blue from your Sky Automobiles Pratap Nagar, N.H - 5, Dealer Cuttack, Orissa. So far on 10-08-2009 when I go for my regular servicing your True Value team and the Team leader of your company named Manoj kumar sahoo told me that if I exchange my car then they give me right value of my car and I can also take a new one. So they valued my car Rs.220000.00 and take my car key and all my original document for further step. Then I gave him my foreclose letter of my old car which finance by IndusInd Bank after settlement the amount will be the same. Then In State Bank of India RACPC Cuttack sanction the amount for my new car loan Rs.453000.00 and rest will be from onroad price I have to pay as down payment. But the problem is now when I want to purchase of my new car from your dealer company staff named Manoj kumar Sahoo decrease my valuation amount from Rs.220000.00 to Rs.190000.00 and the rest deference amount he told me I have to pay in IndusInd Bank then also I can purchase my new car. So I oppose and this type of indecent behavior complain to your higher authority for take some actions.

Now my question to all of them that if they don’t exchange then whey they keep my car on their premises for last four month. And if I sold my car in out side then why they give me false commitment and for this period me and my family also suffering. I think all are involve in this case so they hide the truth and cheated me like this.
There fore I request to you to Mr Kohili Area manager to see this matter for your kind consideration for dealing customer better service and support if your company not solve my problem then I have to give a statement in media and lunch a F.I.R on nearest police station and my Lawyer take legal action for this type of behavior towards to your company.

additionla charge on using a credit card
I purchased a pre owned maruti esteem vxi on the 21st Sept 09 from True Value (Chowgule) Shankar Seth Rd, Pune. The deal was finalised for 2, 60, 000/-. I agreed to pay Rs. 120000/- in cash on the 18th Sep 09 & the rest was supposed to be given in cash on the day of delivery (21st Sept 09). However I decided to go in for a four wheeler loan. I submitted all my documents to the person sitting in the true value outlet representing HDFC bank . He promised to give me the details if my loan was approved or disapproved on the third day of my submitting all the documents. However he was unable to do so which resulted in a chaos as i needed the vehicle on 21st Sept 09. He said that it will take more 3-4 business days. So I decided to pay the remaining amount (1, 40, 000) by credit card and then once the loan is approved I could pay off my credit card. When I gave them the card they said that I would be charged an addition of 2% of the amount to be charged on the card. I told them it was illegal but they said we dont care and also added that others do it and hence they also do it. I called up the bank to confirm if it was an illegal act and the bank agreed that its illegal to take an extra 2% charge. The true value management didnt pay a heed to it & still charged me 2% on that. To top it they didnt give it to me in writing or a receipt, as demanded by me, that they are charging me the additional 2%.
I really dont know how can a big company like maruti do this to its customers. If it was roadside dealer who was doing such an illegal act, it was understood. But a company like maruti doing this to with its customers is really shocking.
Didnt know whom to go and complain and will there be an action taken against it.

Maruti has Launched RITZ without road test
I am a loyal customer of your brand since 1994. My first car was Maruti 800, after that I purchased Maruti Alto, and then was Esteem and now I am using your Maruti RITZ. Frankly speaking I had a very bad experience since the day I bought the car, It seems that Maruti has Launched RITZ without road test.

Problems I’m facing since the day I bought this car from “Magic Auto Dwarka, Delhi”:

1. Continuous noise from the Right door pillar, which is quite irritating while driving.
2. While driving on the highway at a speed of 75-85 Kmph / 2100 rpm, I noticed continuous jerks and vibrations which shakes the whole body and causes a lot of discomfort and headache while driving. These vibrations stop when the care touches the speed of 90Kmph or above, (Usually this much speed is not possible in the city).
3. Car A/C makes lot of noise when it starts in the morning or after long gap during the day time.

Problems occurred afterward

1. After 2000 kms. all Doors and plastic moulds inside have started making noises (Doors trims, dash board, under body noise etc).The whole car seems to be like a rattle with different kinds of sounds coming from different sides.
2. Wipers sometimes are not smooth and makes ’creaky” sound.
3. In Power window switch assembly, button for “Left Rear window” does not work properly (spring stuck up).

Overall not a smooth and satisfactory driving rather it is very stressful as I drive more than 125Kms a day

Engine noise
Ever since I bought Swift Vdi car From M/s. Machino Techno Sales Ltd, Kolkata on 19-08-008, there is a definite " pinking" tappet sound in my car which inspite of my two visit persists. I was impressed that it is quite natural for such engines. Although other vehicles driven by the dealer's Service guys do not have such noise. I fell that the company should immediately look into the problem and not shrug off responsibility.
