Steering Wheel tightness
I own a Wagon R . I bought in the year 2008 Dec. Have been having the steering wheel tigtness problem. I tried in two services stations authorized by Maruti. But the problem persists. I would to represent to Maruti Udyog directly to solve the same.

regarding front window glass of swift vdi
Dear sir,
It is to inform you that I had purchased one maruti swift car from the stan auto ludhiana in the month of october 2010 in the name Radhu Ram Chugh.After certain period of time a stone was struck in the front window of my car while overtaking truck. This Curvature type of crack was further elongated. So I went to Stan Auto and requested to replace same but he accepted through insurance policy.In this way I will have to pay.In my opinion that the front window glass is not toughened. The indication of crack lines is so harmful for the front seaters if it is broken .I am also dealing in the glass line and also manufacturing furnaces specially for toughened glass and glass bending. So the indication of curvature line cracks proves that window front glass is in the soft state .SO it is requested that your good self would be gracious enough to go through my problems and help me for its replacement.My car is still laying in the stan auto.

Delay in delivery of Maruti Swift dzire
Dear Sir,

I have booked maruti swift dzire VDI from Bandsons, Amravati on 17th July, 2010. At the time of booking the car dealer has give me 90 days commitment for the delivery of car. They have not yet delivered the car. The 90 days is going to expire on 17th Oct. But now they are keep on postponing the delivery date. My understanding is the delear is diverting the cars to other preferred customers. Please adivse.

Encouraging Black marketing of cars

Sub- Complaint against Maruti and Competent Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
I have booked a car- Maruti Swift Dzire (Silver VXI) on 18-03-2010 (Receipt No.- 4637, Allot No.- 0895-D-L00766, Cheque No- 005401, Union Bank of India, Pahargang, Rs25000/-). I was promised to deliver the car within 2 months of booking so I started following up after 1.5 months. The loan of Rs2.5 lakhs was sanctioned by 27 May, 2010 (Can be verified from HDFC bank associated with Lajpath Nagar). We were promised to get the delivery on 29 May. We visited the showroom and met the Manager Mr MM Joshi and he informed that they do not have any stock still we need to wait for 2-3 months.
The loan is valid for 1 month and they were asking to wait for another 2 months or cancel the booking (costumer harassment started right from here). After constantly requesting he agreed to deliver the car in between 6-10 june. He gave the case to Mr Pawan ass. Manager (Mob no- 9811478982) who asked us to complete the formalities.
Since 6th June I have been following up with Mr Pawan to get the delivery, every time I call, I have to hear –Sir sorry we don’t have the stock, we have sent your car demand to maruti etc. No body in Competent is giving me present status of my booking. They simply say if you cant wait you can cancel the booking (Very harshly and filled with attitude). We have landed in a situation of begging for our car rather purchasing (Matter of shame for Maruti)
1) I want to ask Maruti about the status of my booking as of now and the date when the car will be delivered as I have a right it information against my booking. And in case they cant please give me in writing to cancel my booking.
2) If Maruti cannot fulfill the demand, they should not take booking.
3) Why Maruti is involving dealers to take booking which encourages black marketing (which is maximum during marriage season).
4) Why there is no centralized system of booking from Maruti to have a transparency in the system.
All this clearly shows that Maruti is also encouraging black marketing along with the dealers and taking undue advantage of the reliability of the name MARUTI.
Being a Maruti costumer from past 12 years I was having a faith which is now all shattered as I feel that Maruti is fluttering on its sales figures of may 2010 and are now least concern on costumer relationship.
MY DESIRE TO OWN A DZIRE HAS REALLY BECOME UNDESIRABLE!!!
Expecting justice and a spontaneous action against the defaulters.

dealer in kerala ( Popular) is a cheat
Respected Sir/Madam,
Let me first introduce myself, I Sanal Jagdishan, working as a Senior Application Engineer in Leica Geosystems AG and Placed at regional office in Trivandrum, Kerala. Sir I have been using Maruthi Car since last 5 years, first I owed an Alto then I Upgraded it to Wagon R in exchange in January 2009.
Now when the new Wagon R VXI was released I decided it to again upgrade the old vehicle with the new one. So I approach your dealer in Kerala Popular Motors as these were the people from whom I purchased both of my old cars. I booked the car on 10th of May 2010 with a commitment that the car will be delivered within 20 days and gave me a tentative date as May 28th. During this commitment I specifically told them that my parents are out stationed from Kerala and they are arriving to Kerala for vacation, so I need the vehicle at that time as I have a physically challenged sister and we have to travel some places. I had told them that if you have any doubt in delivery date, then I will postpone the purchase to next month once my parents go back after vacation. These people said they will 100 % do the delivery on time. So on 13th May 2010 Rs 3, 26, 000/- was deposited from HDFC Bank . Again on 24th May 2010 I surrendered my old car to True Value and the total on road price payment was done, now after receiving the full payment, they are saying that they don’t have vehicle and it will take 1 to 1.5 months for delivery. Now this is cheating!!!, if they had told me before I would have bought the car afterwards.
I called up your Maruthi Area office in Trivandrum yesterday and lodged a verbal complaint, they committed that person from dealer side will give a call, yes I received a call saying that he will call after two days. One Mr Suresh from your Area office in Trivandrum tried to call me yesterday evening but I was out of coverage, when I got the missed call alert I called back to him, he said he was on some other call and will call me back, but unfortunately he didn’t till now. I called up to him this afternoon some other gentleman attended the phone and said Mr Suresh is out of office and he will pass the massage to call me back, but again no response.
Now my situation is that I have hired a car for rent and doing the things which is giving me a serious financial burden and all this has happened because of your dealer’s commitment. I sincerely request and expect that some firm action will be taken from your side so that at least other people are not cheated. And I would humbly request to make them deliver the vehicle at the earlist.

Hoping for a quick action from your side.

Black smoke emission from new Swift
Facing problem with new swift (LDi /chassis no-413463/Eng. no-1195902)since time of purchase 14 March 09.With complaint of emission of black smoke launched right from cars 1st service now already 10 mths over for the experimentation process carried out by the service provider (Chowgule, pune).They tried changing TURBO charger at first which didn't gave any satisfactory result.After the complaint was relaunched they changed INTER COOLER but this time their effort didn't work out .Now I'm fed up with the routine trips for same thing again & again. I have necessary documentary proof to support the above facts. Now finally believe that this is an inherent problem in the Car itself & I'm no longer prepared to accept ‘Experimentation & Research’ on a brand New Car... PATIENCE HAS NOW WORN OUT AWAITING YOUR PROMPT AND FAVOURABLE RESPONSE. I hope that MARUTI SUZUKI would wish to have one more happy customer & would provide me immediate replacement of the vehicle/moneyback to provide relief from month long anguish.

HOPE MY GENIUNE GRIEVANCE IS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

Delay in delivery of Swift Dzire Car
I had booked a Maruti Swift DZiRE VXI Petrol on 13th August 2008 and I was promised by the dealer (Apra Auto Gurgoan) that the delivery of the car would be on 25th August 2008. Firstly there has been no proper communication from the dealer’s side regarding the delivery of car. My loan for the same took some time, but the dealer was promising that they have the car ready and just asked me to get the loan cleared. Loan amount was finally transferred to Apra Auto’s account on 29th August, and when I called them for delivery of the car they said they don’t have it. On 1st September I personally went to their showroom and was shocked to no that the booking amount cheque that I had given on 13th August was deposited on 22nd August, i.e almost 10 days later. That means they started the booking procedure for my car 10 days later and till then they were sleeping on it. Now it’s already been 24 days and still no body is giving a clear status about the delivery of the car. Can anybody please appraise me on the status against my booking ID : I080572685. Now I am being told by the dealer’s higher up’s that there is less production from Maruti’s side and the lots they were expecting are not coming on time. Can anyone please help me in knowing if there is a genuine production problem (from Maruti Udyog) or I am just being taken for a ride while my car must have been passed on for a premium by the DSA or the dealer.

Its so surprising the Maruti Udyog, which is the market leader in automobile and 8 times winner of Customer Satisfaction Award is running low on production of Swift Dzire is unable to deliver vehicle in time that are booked by your loyal customers. I want to know if there is an on-line system to check booking/delivery status and to provide a clear picture on the status of my vehicle.

Will appreciate if some body from Maruti Udyog revert’s back to me on the status of my booking ID: I080572685 so that I am aware of the true date of the delivery.

I bought a maruti alto from LMJ dealer of Jodhpur. As an executive of Indian hotels company I am entitled to get discount, after giving repeated reminder I did not get any response from Maruti or LMJ.

as stated above ever since I have purchased this Vehicle am facing various problems with the vehicle.

in brief

miss Ritu Mathur wroye me a letter regarding services to be done on schedule and i have replied with a letter for her satisfaction that she had not checked the details before he reminder sent to me.

1.My cars mountion bolt got cut no 27/10/04 at KMS.002424 new vehicle.

2.Complained at LMJ Pali and repaired invoice # 003143 dated28/10/2004.

3.Wrote letter to MUL Gurgaon and was replied by Dr. K.Kumar MUL : Service: CC: F 2004 110006 dated 19/11/2004

4.The matter was addressed to LMJ SERVICES JODHPUR.

5.Nothing has been done to date by the Dealer

6.Once again on 05/11/2005 the same problem occured and was repaired at LMJ Services NPH Road invoice #001567 dated 05/11/2005.

7.Yesterday night Once again the same Mounting Bolt has been Broken and am planning to go to NPH road LMJ Service Sation.

8.Why and how the same problem always occur everytime.Despite of the repeted complaints Your Service people and workshop Engineer doesn't have satisfactry reply or the remedy.Why?

9.Due to this my Vehicle's has caused various problems and Various allienments has been out of mark which to date as I feel are not up the mark and due to this Gear transmission.body,susspension,wheel,enginge mounting,and various other parts have started shaking.

10.In past I have mentioned the same problems in writing to the dealer and they have not done any thing to rectify the same.

11.Due to the above said reasons I feel my Vehicle's Transmission assembly also got damaged and the same was replaced by MUL under extended Warrenty invoice # 000545 dated 27/02/2007 LMJ NPH Road Jodhpur.

Now as of to Date The Vehicle is at my Residence Lying damaged as mentioned above that is The Mounting Bolt Has been broken once again.

I request to kindly look in to matter deeply and sort out all the related problems at earliest.
