I m sudipta dasgupta from kolkata, my car no.is wb02y 1243 (wagonr
duo). I m very sorry to say that your kolkata's authorised distributor and there
authorised service centre M/S.jallan distributors is not fare deeling with
me.when i have purchased the car i have also faced the same.on that time they
have
received some amounts and they have billing another amount.Rs.3500 (approx) was
not matched still today.but i had followed them.but they did not take any
action.they
told me that they have given me steering cover & floor mats and floor plastic
cover etc.. but when i have to purchased the car i have allready negocieated
with them with these materials also. I had lived the amount. but now i am
faceing
last 6 months one another problem that was my car was suddenly start off when i
self off
due to road signal. after open the signal i had tried to start my car but the
car was
not taken self automatically. I visit your authorised service station M/s.

distributor. I saw and follow first thing there was no any supervisor who can
charge
the matter or look after the matter.some labour handle the matter.I visit before
your Northpoint service centre (milk colony)& Autoscan (B.T Road, near
bonohooghly)also, I followed there some supervisor is ready to talk with any
customer 1st. Anyway.. the person after diagnosis told me that it is my
fault.because they told me i never start my car in the morning through petrol
mode.so
the petrol tank and petrol to lpg gas converter was dry and jamed.they will
clean up and some little bit work was done and charged me Rs.2440 as on 28.11.10
cash memo no bc10009575 dt.28.11.10. But after delivery i have just cross 1 &
1/2 K.M. I got a signal for 3 mn'ts.so i stop the car and start off my car.
after few mn'ts the signal was green so i start my car but it was further failed
to start.lastly they told me when i will face the same problem then i have to
push the lpg switch which is right side of steering for few seconds and the 4
green lights will be stil, then
further i can start my car. I do the same. and called the persons over my
mb.then they
told me sorry sir we think your petrol to gas converter should be change
immediatly.I was frusted after there conversation.they also told me sir please
give us a order for new converter pump. It is not availble now. I done the
order.
after few days they calld me pl... come it is now availble from our head
office.I
further went 21.01.11. invoice no.br10001823 dt.21.01.11 they worked full day
and charged me Rs.9725 (including other charges). after payment i start my car
1st.but same problem i had again faced. the car is not starting again, I called
them. so many time they tried to start the car.but the story was same. after
some
times the person opensd my car bonet.and change the another switch (should be
relay)from another
car. fortunately my car is started on. I asked the person now what you have
changed?
they told me lie that, no sir.i have just wash your switch only. I was
stund... now i feel that original problem was from that particularly that
switch.when he changed the switch suddenly my car started promptly. so i think
there was no good quality technician at there who can done proper diagnosis. i
think they can not diagnosis properly. then why we will go your authorised
service centre? we will go road side service centre.they allways change the
spare parts and there charges also low. please take action against your jallan
distributors. I never agreed that issue. I will send you two photo of parts
also one of the converter that they have changed and another one is one
perticular switch (relay)that have been changed but they have denied. please
look
after the matter and take action immediatly. I am waiting for your reply also. I
belive & trust Marutiudyog.
