Poor Servicing
I got my servicing done for my Wagon R from Pasco Automobiles.The next service was due after 10, 000 km.But after only 2000 km my car ran out of coolant and the engine became excessively hot.I seriously doubt the credibility of Pasco automobiles after similar complaints from my relatives also.i hope for a quick response from Maruti

Pathetic service at Rohan motors Greater Noida
Dear Sir,
I have given my car for Bumper painting and tyre replacement to Rohan motors, Greater Noida. They committed me to give back my car within 2 days and when i went after 2 days the car was lying in same condition and nothing was done.
After asking I got reply that we do not have bumper in stock so we can not say when will be give back your car and tyre is not replaced as you have not given as 20 rupees for tyre replacement as we do not have tyre replacement facility and we got tyre replaced from outside.
I demanded my car back but they told me that we cannot give back your car because we have created a job card against it and will give back only after we will get the bumpers and no time was mentioned.
I met with the AGM (MP Singh) to tell my issue and he committed me to give back my car after next 2 days. so i felt helpless and came back only to find the car in same condition even after next 2 days.
Finally, I got my car after 10 days and i faced lot of harassment in between. However, the work was only of one day.
The service level at Rohan motors, Greater Noida in pathetic and much much below Maruti or any other service station standards.
Could anybody suggest what can I do so that other customers do not get harassed at Rohan Motors, Greater Noida.

Delivery not on time by Dealer after repair
Hi i am Amit, I've given my maruti wagon R to Competent automobiles on 23rd July'10 around 1500hrs and i was commited to get my car on 25th july, i was harresed at the time of delivery & even i've to call police for that.Above all mycar was not deliverd to me on the commited date, because of small work pending on it.the dealer said the mechanics are going this will be done next day morning, so u come next day for delivery we will not ask our mechanic to work on ur car today.For the half hour work i was made to come next day instead of making their mechanic work extra half hour.
This shows who is more important?????

car has not been picked by dealer for servicing
i have called gulzar motors ludhiana (pb) several times one phone no. 0161 2541777 that i have to get my car serviced bearing regst no pb 10 ca 6121 on 30.11.2009. the person on phone line committed that tommorow 01.12.2009 our driver will come to you at 9.00 am to pick your car and get it srviced.but no one came .. i ever had a bad expierence from maruti.

Clutch Plate Break Down
Car was running fine since last two years with 15K kilometers . Get serviced from Maruti Pasco on 30th Sep. fro normal greecing/oiling and all but after 100 km clutch plates break down . get the service from lacal mechanic and came to this is the 7th car in four days after 15-20K kilometers (Wogon R ), having problem in Clutch plates. March 2007 Model.

delayed in giving the car back after insurance was done
i had given my wagonr to amar cars pvt ltd baroda after the car met with an accident. the car was given on 8/7/08. i was promised delivery on 30/7/08 but the car was delivered on 18/8/08 & when asked for reason they did not have any answer. the car number is gj6cm 3857 & the work done was not satisfactory

very very poor service of the dealer

I am your customer from the last 15 years. During last years, I had bought only MARUTI cars out of which 3 are Omni, 1WagonR and 1Zen Estilo and this time again I planned to buy a WAGONR. But this time I was little bit confused between Hyundai i10 and wagon R .Thinking of the past years, I made my mind that if there was not a single complaint in MARUTI cars then why should I change to Hyundai.<br /><br />
Now coming directly to the point, this time I haven’t got good response from your dealer ‘JAYCEE MOTORS, AMRITSAR’. They are so lazy people. No one bother about their duties and responsibilities. Accessories counter lady doesn’t know how to speak with customers. We are asking for the things of the car which were with the car and she came to us and said that we should tell her for that. We had waited a lot there. How silly people they are! They have no manners. This time I got so poor response from JAYCEE MOTORS, AMRITSAR that I have a plan for SX-4 also but now I am sure that I will never look back to MARUTI SUZUKI cars. I’ll prefer HONDA or HYUNDAI for cars.<br /><br />
There was a scheme of steering wheel cover which they told us that they will inform us when it will come. And I had not got it yet. And I have bought Wagon R on 10th of July. They told us car will be ready in 3 to 4 hours but it was not so..<br /><br />
I will tell all my dearer and nearer to never buy a MARUTI CAR as their service is not good.<br /><br />

Hope there will be some action in future <br /><br />

Service Center
I lodged a acomplaint at this platform which was also acknowledged by your goodself on 6th July, 2009 regarding non attending the brake pads during continue 5 services resulting mental tension during my Bikaner visit in which a lot of noise was suffered. Although, the company has earmarked check points regarding brake pads but everybody is used to tick mark all the points without checking such sensitive points.
After that I received a call from the service center (Malviya Nagar, Jaipur) but no information was given regarding the action will be taken in future so that any mishappening may be avoided with your any valuable customer.

Rudeness and cheating
We had bought Maruti Wagon R in July – 2007(GJ-06-5894). The car was covered under Maruti insurance. At the renewal time i.e after one year, the representative of maruti came to us for renewal of the insurance. The person was too rude to speak. When the authorities were informed they favor their representative. Kiran motors had renew the insurance without giving any benefits which they are providing to their customers (Might be theri relatives). They had pass over our benefits to their own relatives.

Wrong commitment
Dear Sir,
I wanted to buy a second hand car for my use.
The first and last option which came into my mind was Maruti True Value Shop.
I thought being a tag of Maruit I can be rest assured that the vehical which I am going to buy would be worth its prize.
But the incidence which I faced has let me down and have forced me think about the commitment level of Maruti.
I went to patel Motors, Indore authorized Maruti True Value Showroom for second’s.
I found a good WAGON R with model 2001.Insurance April 09 complete and almost 66500 KMs run.
Th prize which was told to me was 1, 70, 000 Rs.
I took the quotation from him as I have to sanction the loan from my Company.In between that I asked the Manager there Mr. Peter Funk to show the Car to my Engineer and he also agreed on to that.
This was the talk we had dated 25th April 08 at almost 7.30 pm and this call I got from Mr. Peter Funk asking me that whether I am finalizing the vehical or not, I suppose he was having some other customer also for that vehical.
As Mr.Peter told that he will wait for me till 11 am I got assured and as per his commitment I took the time from my Engineer also.
Today i.e. 26th April morning 10 am they (True Value) called me up said that the car has been sold to some other party.I was shocked listening there statement. I went there and when I asked Mr. Peter Funk he said the person came there with hard cash and I accepted his offer.
Seeing this attitude few queries have come into my mind---
1. If Mr. Peter Funk was not in the condition to hold the car for me till 11 am why he committed to me regarding this?
2.Was he handling the other customer also that way and was seeing the opportunity that which ever customer comes first I will finalise the car to him?
3.Was he under the impression that the things will not be that much serious? As Maruti has good image I will again come back to his true Value and buy some different car?
4.Is commitment level of True Value is only up to the car being sold to the customer or is there any system in your company?
5.Are you just playing with customer money ?
6.Is it the fault from the Dealer (Patel Motor) side. If this is the fault from dealer side then customer are unaware about this and ultimately it is causing harm to Maruti Name.
Kindly solve all these queries by replying to me ASAP,

Well, this is for sure that now I will be not going to Patel Motors again and also I have to think before going to any Maruti Showroom, as I have lost the faith in Maruti itself.
