I had got vehicle wagon r serviced from Maruti Hisar dealer, modern automobiles but not only my vehicle was not serviced properly and the only complaint while handing over my car for service was not attended to but also my vehicle was scratched from inside and outside apart from cigarette lighter was stolen from my car. My car now is giving much problem post service.
1. Car was scratched from inside.
2. Carpet was opened to be cleaned, has been charged for but was not properly cleaned/washed where as my car was delivered after three days.
3. There is a dent on the lower co passenger side door from outside that is deep enough for rusting.
4. Gear shifting in the car has worsened and is not smooth as even preservice condition.
5. The mileage of the car has gone down as was not ET all expected after third service.
6. There is a problem of car pickup also.
7. Car cigarette lighter has been stolen from the car.
I brought the entire points in the notice of the general manager of the dealership, Mr. RK Chahal, but he not only refused to acknowledge the same but also went on to say that it is purely your mistake for not checking the vehicle while taking the delivery. And all the scratches that have been done to the vehicle are done by you only.
I am really disturbed with the way I was treated by the dealership this morning. I had left the dealership in just shear disgust. I will never recommend that dealership to anyone from the region. May I look forward to some help from Maruti, because all Modern dealerships are alike? May I be given a helping hand in getting the vehicle serviced from any good dealership or I will have to go to unauthorized service station? Had that been the case I will never purchase a Maruti product ever in my life again.
