irresponsibility of supervisor at service center
I am Jaison Chacko, owner of a wagon R LXi 2005 model. On 07.06.11 I have paid the insurance premium to Maruti Insurance thro' POPULAR VEICLES AND SERVICEES LTD. KANNUR, KERALA and they offered a free general check up and washing. According to that I brought my car to their service center at CALICUT (my nearest town) on 11.06.11. Till I handed over the car to sercice center there was no problem with car. But after their servicing I have experienced severe 'missing. I was not able to comfortably drive the vehicle for eg. 40-45 kmph in 4th gear, similarly respective speed in all the gears. Again I brought the car to them. But they responded very irresponsibly. They have not attended the complaint and stated that this is not their responsibility. Later it is understood that this problem was due to the improper washing during their servicing, water entered in to the spark plug and ignitor unit. Around 2000 rupees is required to renew the same. I request that please advice the service center to rectify the complaint free of cost. The name of the supervisor is Mr. TINS. (mob.No.9947864037).The general behaviour of the staff at POPULAR is very bad and the costomer is not at all getting any satisfaction from them. If my coplaint is not solved I will have to approach consumer court.

Neglegence & Delay
Dear Sir,

I would like to complaint against the Maruti India Ltd for neglegence towards complaints registered from 1st week of purchase. It was evedent in service history, that problem mentioned by customer was always treated catual and temporory solution was settled to surpress manufacturing problems.

Complaint : Abnormal noise of Alternator belt
In service athorised service centers has replaced belt and water pump. Despite repeated failure and reporting
every time service centers has ignored the serousenss of fault.
Two times my vehicle was got break down because of same belt broken issue and was held cust0mer in ambarising situation and put additional cost on customer to take breakdown services with pickup charges.

In 3.5 years my vehicle has run only 5502 Kms, which is enough to proove that how serous it would be if vehicle could be used more.

Know Vehicle is with Maruti Service Masters, New Delhi against JC No. : JC10020693 dated 25/09/10.
On 27/08/10 request was registered to pick up the vehicle but no was turned back after 3 followup so customer personally visited on 25/09/10 but first refused to accept the vehicle, after request and conversation with Manager (mr.Chawla) vehicle was accepted ( it was took 1 hr to conveince )
After 3days, call received from Maruti Service Master and they gave me estimate of INR8000 for the same problem which was need to be resolved in warranty itself. Infact Mr.Chawla has already studied history of vehicle but has not shown any curtsey to look into the matter.
Again, requested to Mr.Chawla to look into the issue. Mr. Chawla has confirmed me the failure of alternator. They send alternator to MICO for repair but still after so many followup no status ...

theft while servicing period
am vinod residing at kollam, last week i had given my vehicle for periodic check up at popular vehicles service centre. after service i came to know that my cars battery has been replaced and they have placed a dead battery instead of that. son please do the needful as early as possible.
