I booked a Wagonr Lx of maruti -suzuki with M/s Marketing Times Pvt Ltd on 9th March 2011. I was not informed of any waiting. There after when I contacted dealer for delivery of the vehicle. I was not getting any
response from dealer I wrote to maruti-sazuki directly they without going through my letter reverted back to dealer. On 14th march dealer informed me that delivery is only possible between 20-25 March 2011 . I would like to cancel my booking since even now I am not getting any satisfactory reply from dealer. when you contact maruti they revert back to dealer. I don't know where is customer fault and why not maruti give instruction to dealer to clearify the things before booking. it is hurting me that due to some indivisuals I have
