DELAY IN DELIVERY

I have booked Maruti Swift Dezire(ZXI) MIDNIGHT BLACK ON 1.6.2010 at ABT MARUTI COIMBATORE . At the time of the booking i have been told AND GIVEN IN WIRTTING THAT will get the delievery in 3 months time ..But even after the 3 months and 15 days there is no indication of delivrey.and even the dealer is not sure when they can give the delievery. They just said that this car is in waitin... i dont understand HOW MUCH SHOULD A CUSTOMER WAIT..

I just want that my concern will be resolved..!!

clutch plate

DEAR SIR,
I HAD PURCHASED ONE NEW CLUTCH PLATE COMPLETE WITH PRESSURE PLATE ETC. FROM KANPUR FROM
M/S.R.B.MOTORS SOME ONE AND A HALF MOTH AGO.
THE CLUTCH WAS NOT GIVING POWER TO THE VEHICLE.
ON OPENING IT WAS FOUND THAT THE TOP PLATE OF PRESSURE PLATE WAS CRACKED, RESULTING IN CHANGE AGAIN TODAY.
THE SECOND CLUTCH PLATE WAS AGAIN PURCHASED FROM M/S.R.B.MOTORS.KANPUR VIDE C.MEMO NO.20/986 DT.23.3.10.
PL.LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REPLY.INCIDENTLY THE CLUTCH PLATE USED EARLIER HS A MARKING OF CLUTCH AUTO.
